Worst service ever. I went to get my nails done and told them I was on a time constraint so she told me it would only take 45 minutes. It took 1hr and 30 and I told her I wanted pink it came out white. Still charged me though! Selfish boss. I can't even put it into words! read more

I have been here 3 times. The first time I got a regular mani and pedi, and it was great. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good pedicure. Now, when it comes to acrylic powder nails, they don't do a very good job. I hate to say this because the nail technicians are very nice, but my nails came out bad. There's gaps between my nails, it's very thick, the polish is not even, and there are bits of dried powder on the back of my nails. I'm so sad my nails turned out this way. The staff is very nice, however, I traded my Citris Nail Salon for what I thought would be an easy lunch break dip/manicure and have regretted it since. I spent two hours on two different days in the salon chair and the skin above my nails is raw from so much filing and buffing. It has been 5 days and all of the clear coat has peeled off and they look rough and unfinished and my skin is so red. I would never go back, not even for them to try and fix them, again. read more

I couldn't get an appointment at one of the more popular nail salons nearby, but why bother? Immaculate Nails Salon is better! I walked in today and got a regular manicure and pedicure - they ended up being one of the best manicures I have ever gotten! Very friendly staff as well. They really are immaculate. Both people working on me were very nice and made sure my nails came out perfect.

I used to love this place... I still do except for one woman. I've been going here for a couple of years now and the quality and price can't be beat. Everyone is sweet and I like the end results, which means I tip really well every time. Lately, I feel like the manager/owner (not sure, just assuming based on what I've seen that she's the owner or manager) grabs me every time to do my nails. She is the only one that is not good. I ask for a classic manicure which includes the cuticle care (And then either dip powder or gel), but she dry cuts my cuticles in a hurry and the dip powder is too thick and my nails just don't look good. My pedicures are great and every other girl takes their time with my nails and uses cuticle oil etc, but this woman goes so fast and grabs me every time I feel just to take advantage of my good tips. I will no longer be going here after 2 years bc this has happened 3 times in a row. Today, my pedicurist had to fix my dip nails after the manager finished and walked outside. They were sticky, there's dip on my skin, and my cuticles still look awful. Only took 2 stars off bc every other girl there is fantastic. read more

Poor service... they charge $15 just to wax inside of nose. Nail polish so cheap never dried properly.

We have been trying different nail salons in the area due to over crowding at some other places. Immaculate nails is the best one we have tried. Both my husband and I felt the pedicure technician took their time and care. They were not in a hurry to churn people through their treatment. The massage part of the pedicure far exceeded the quality at other places. After trying many other places that I do not recommend, but this is one place we will be returning to. read more

Do NOT go to immaculate nails on W. Gray! After a sweet older lady did my shellac just fine, some other lady(I'm assuming her boss) came by as she was finishing, scrutinized my nails & proceeded to remove them & start all over. She asked if I had time after she had already started doing so, which consumed a little over two hours of my anticipated productive Saturday. Then my original nail lady got up & went to the back only to storm out with her packed bags 5 minutes later. It was awkward & uncomfortable & Extremely unprofessional. They kept saying it was Bc the pastel shellac colors peel off easier but the last five years I have always chosen pastel colors and never had any issues so it sounded like excuses for poor quality polish to be honest. When they were finally done I couldn't help but think it was strange that I was still charged full price & asked to tip. I understand they provided a service and need to make money however I have experience in customer service myself and after providing such a tragic experience I felt they could have at least offered a discount or something to try and get me to return unless they were aware there was no saving themselves now. I give them no more than 2 months MAX. & for the record, the polish never lasted a full week before all peeling off. Save your time and turn around! read more

This place is great for a pedicure or gel nails. HOWEVER, please DO NOT get powder nails done at this location. The only one that does powder nails here is the owner/manager and she will file your nails down to the skin with her power tools! She has done it to me on two different occasions!! Once while getting a powder set and once while removing a powder set!! I now have basically no nail! The last time she filed my nail down she went so to far that I screamed in pain and realized she had gone down to the skin! She apologized but I would not wish this pain on anyone else. I've had powder nails done many, many times over the last 10 years but have never had anyone file my nail down to the skin! Especially not on two different occasions. The reason I still give them 3 stars is because the other ladies are very good at what they do as far as pedicures and manicures/gel nails go. read more
