M & J (Millie and Jon) have been consistently and thoroughly cleaning my home for over 2 years now…read more I am writing this review because I'm very grateful for the wonderful service they provide and continue to give. They take their time with cleaning counters, floors, vacuuming rugs, dusting, etc. It's always easy to get in touch with M via text if I need to change an appointment due to conflicts or a change of plans. She responds right away and always tries to accommodate me. And while they have all of their cleaning products, M & J are willing to use any cleaners that you specifically want for sanitizing, for polishing, or just out of your own personal preference. For example, I like my kitchen and bathroom counters polished after being cleaned, so they use the counter polish product that I like because it has no odor and leaves everything extra shiny and smooth. I am always impressed with how spotless everything looks after one of their appointments, and my family and friends always notice it as well! They're also super nice people and enjoy giving extra attention to dogs, cats, and other pets in the homes. If you need a good, deep cleaning, definitely reach out to M & J!

Horrible! Do not get them. They keep changing the prices! Nelly the owner said $150 for the first…read morecleaning then $130 afterwards so I contacted them the second time. When they got to the house she was saying with $130 she cannot clean the house the same way as the first one so she would need to charge $150 again. I got upset because she didn't say that before. Our deal was the second cleaning will be $20 less. She came to the house but didn't proceed because I didn't agree on paying $150. This girl is a liar and a scammer !!! I also did not ask for my garage to be cleaned. I already know from the start that they don't clean garages. So this girl is lying. I even said ok I'll pay for $150 just clean the house and she still sent her workers home. What the heck is that? Look at one of the photos I posted! It says there that she agreed on $130! She just greedy.

I recently moved to Henderson, and after being disappointed with the services of another company…read morefor my move-in "deep cleaning", I decided to try LV Cleaning (with my fingers crossed). First, the communication was really great from the start. They alerted me the team was running a little behind schedule and would be about an hour late arriving. I didn't mind and appreciated the heads up. Once the cleaning team arrived, I showed them around and they got to work right away. I really appreciated that they removed their shoes and wore socks (I didn't even ask) being respectful of my floors. I work from home, so i was in my office w the door closed for much of the time. However, when I did step out and walk around, I noticed how meticulously they were cleaning -- dusting and wiping down blinds, cleaning toilets, glass and even wiping down the doors to each room. To my surprise, they actually swept the leaves from my welcome mat and porch. I was impressed. Before they left, they asked me to walk around and make sure I was pleased with everything. I really appreciated that -- and I was very pleased with their work! I wish I would've hired LV Cleaning for my move-in cleaning, as I think it would've been a much better experience. Nonetheless, I'm so happy I found them now, and I look forward to their coming back every few weeks!!
