They listened to my needs and were amazing at giving me different choices and at times making changes to the plan to suit my taste. They asked what my budget was and they stayed within that budget. Everyone who walks into my home now are truly amazed and shocked at the transformation. The designer got impatient at me and told me "you either want it, or you don't". This is thousands and thousands of dollars that I'm spending here and she had the nerve imply either I couldn't afford it or I'm taking too long. It's not like I came here without an appointment. There is nothing "creative" about Creative Design Interiors. The designers don't even design. All they do is push paper. I had chose my oven range and she copied and pasted it on Microsoft Word, stretched it out all pixalated between my cabinets. She couldn't even photoshop it. When I chose my carpet, she didn't provide me with all my available choices. I ended up choosing a carpet that I found on another designer's desk. They also never pick up their phones. I had such a hard time scheduling.

We picked an appointment time and were taken back on time into the showroom for our appointment. The parking lot isn't small but was PACKED with cars even though there was no one in the place so make sure to arrive a little before to find a place to park. The lady that helped us pick out our options was very nice and patient with us. She warned us that the appointment could take two hours and it definitely did! We were the first set of buyers at the new home subdivision, so they were still working out the kinks, but we didn't mind. We had already picked out our cabinets at the builder, so we picked out our carpet, tile, vinyl, blinds, granite, countertops and carpet pad at the appointment and left feeling good about our selections. The appointments do take a long time, so I appreciated that they had soda, coffee, water, chips and other snacks to munch on and drink while we were there. No complaints!

There were some other interior designers whose website looked cluttered or had red font all over the place and my thinking was that the website was a portal into designers thinking. Besides the website, I reviewed the projects on the website and they looked like the contemporary designs that we were interested in. She was a tremendous help to us in choosing the countertop slabs, tiles, backsplashes, interior paint color etc. She has an "eye" where she can notice small inconsistencies and explain them to. She also factored in all we were asking - e.g. my wife's heart was set on using one particular tile, and Jennifer made it happen. But overall, she kept everything very cohesive. Even the house interior color - she used her bigger paint samples and looked at the tiles etc. with her bigger samples in the actual house setting so that she could factor in the light coming into the house. Without her, we would have made so many mistakes and because of her inputs on almost everything we selected, we don't look at any part of the house and say, "dang we made a mistake here - we should have done this instead". Besides the great "eye" that she has, Jennifer is very enthusiastic and easy to work with. She also attends a lot of conferences to keep aware of the industry trends. If I were to build another house, Jennifer would be choice for the interior designer.

The initial walk downs by Penny and her team transformed our 2000 era tiled bathroom into a piece of art. They included us in the initial design and listened to our input throughout the entire project. Their project manager, Matthew was tremendous and was onsite almost on a daily basis. When he was not at our location, he also responded either through phone or text. The Construction team under Nadar was both professional and courteous, with over 100 plus years of experience. Getting back to the design, the materials selected were all of high quality and the tile on the floors and bath/shower were just amazing.
