She took her time and made accurate measurements of all the windows with a laser which was reassuring, because each window needs to be measured in multiple ways to ensure proper fit. Only thing I didn't like was that she told me she would send me a link for curtain rods to look into and I followed up twice but she never responded back about them. Install: Our installer Jose was great! Super professional, wore shoe protectors, and was friendly and efficient. He didn't mind my barky dog either. He answered all my questions, used a laser leveler to make sure everything was even, and even gave me advice for future window treatments. He took down the old blinds and patched holes as well. The new blinds fit perfectly and he was a joy to work with. Price: It's expensive, but many potential issues are covered by warranty and the blinds can often be fixed if there's an issue, unlike other brands where you would need to replace the entire blind. Jose gave us adjustment tools and showed me how to use it just in case we needed them, but also said it's unlikely we would need it much. Overall: Highly recommend this company. Our project consisted of Polysatin shutters with 3 1/2 inch louver with hidden tilt and split tilt at center in the 3 front facing windows and 9 designer roller shades with exposed reverse roll in the rest of our home. We received a project confirmation email within about one week of signing the proposal which informed us of the 4-6 week lead time for installation to be scheduled. We had our installation scheduled within 4 weeks and that's including the holidays! Installation was completed about an hour ago and they look stunning! When we visited again with more narrowed ideas, Athena was again very helpful. We easily scheduled a time for her to come to our home for an estimate. The appointment took around an hour. She gave us honest opinions & suggestions to help us make appropriate decisions while being mindful of a budget. She was thoughtful about different factors we wouldn't have thought of on our own. She also offered tips. We were so pleased, we put in our order. Wait time until installation was 6 weeks. We ended up having shutters, roller shades, & sheer shades installed on 11 of our windows. We hit some snaffus that required 2 installation appointments. The first was about 2 hours long & included taking our old blinds away. They also went over how each worked & gave tips. There wasn't too much for us to clean up afterwards. Unfortunately, 2 windows had incorrectly sized shutters made & 1 set of shutters didn't pass the installer's quality test.
