First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. We landed on a thus great blue color that wouldn't be harmed by cats and great at dealing with moisture. Then his people came to our home, quickly but carefully took all the chairs and bench and they were off. When they returned a few weeks alter everything was in perfect condition and the chairs looked great! Would and have recommended David and his team for future furniture needs!

There were some other interior designers whose website looked cluttered or had red font all over the place and my thinking was that the website was a portal into designers thinking. Besides the website, I reviewed the projects on the website and they looked like the contemporary designs that we were interested in. She was a tremendous help to us in choosing the countertop slabs, tiles, backsplashes, interior paint color etc. She has an "eye" where she can notice small inconsistencies and explain them to. She also factored in all we were asking - e.g. my wife's heart was set on using one particular tile, and Jennifer made it happen. But overall, she kept everything very cohesive. Even the house interior color - she used her bigger paint samples and looked at the tiles etc. with her bigger samples in the actual house setting so that she could factor in the light coming into the house. Without her, we would have made so many mistakes and because of her inputs on almost everything we selected, we don't look at any part of the house and say, "dang we made a mistake here - we should have done this instead". Besides the great "eye" that she has, Jennifer is very enthusiastic and easy to work with. She also attends a lot of conferences to keep aware of the industry trends. If I were to build another house, Jennifer would be choice for the interior designer.

Swell Home was, by far, the easiest to work with and so kind! It is hard to find that combination in our industry so when I find it, you can bet your ass I will hold on to them as much as I can! Christie is very responsive and efficient in how she communicates. As a busy entreprenuer, it was challenging getting our schedules to sync for a physical meet so she was able to come up with a design by just using photos. This saved me a LOT of time and headache. She was able to go with her crew to the property and set everything up within a few days time! It was absolutely adorable. I got nothing but great feedback on the decor and furnishings. Recently - we ordered something and it had an issue - some mis-communication between me, my tile person and the sales staff and we ended up with the wrong item. Instead of trying to pin fault, Palm tile agreed to swap out our tiles. And when we did a replacement, the manufacturer sent the wrong thing. Since the issue was discovered during the pickup, they took care of the having the replacement delivered. However, during all this - Palm tile did all the right things, kept us in the loop and resolved the issue without causing us any stress. I very much doubt they made any money on our order and I suspect that they actually lost some money on it - but through this whole tile replacement process, they were committed to get us the right product and make us happy. This kind of customer centric focus is amazing and not all stores go to this level. During the order replacement process, we worked with David and he handled the whole thing without giving us any reasons to worry anytime during this process. However, in addition to making sure that our order was fixed, David is also very knowledgeable about the products. We needed something else too and he was very quickly able to suggest something that was a perfect match for what we had communicated as what we wanted. We also wanted a sample of something else and he personally got the sample from us. Overall - very impressed from the selection to the final order. With the experience we had, I would have zero hesitation in recommending Palm tile to anybody!
