They were little fluffy pillows of pancake, lightly dusted with powdered sugar with plump raisins in and around each pillow. There was a small dessert glad of homemade applesauce that was so thick. It reminded me of a good apple butter. There were also some pecans livers on the plate and in the applesauce.. I was very full and happily satisfied by the end of the meal. Service was excellent and swift. This is definitely one of the more traditional restaurants that you'll find here in the area and I highly recommend a meal here or at least, dessert.

My main course was the osso bucco while my wife had their venison special (most Swiss restaurants feature venison during September). For dessert, I had Gebackene Apfelradeln mit weissem Zimtschaum which is a baked apples with a cinnamon whipped cream. My wife had the dessert special which was a deconstructed plum knodel.
