Theyre the real deal and true craftsmen of vent cleaning. I called them up based on all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Worked with me on my tight move-in schedule and came right within the window of time promised. Documented with a snake scope how dirty each vent/duct were before and how clean they were after. Kept my whole house clean during and after the cleaning. HEPA vacuum unit was outside pulling negative pressure to keep the indoors free of dust. Explained everything thoroughly. Price was not cheap but quite reasonable for how thorough they cleaned (about $600 for my split level 3b/3b and 130 for dryer vent) and final price was in the quoted range with no up-sell or any last minute increases. Honest guys. Air ducts, returns, dryer vent all cleaned. Even checked my blower and told me it didn't really need to be cleaned. My vents took extra time and they stayed late until the job was done. DId a nice job patching the access to the vent. Even found issues during the cleaning that didn't involve the HVAC. I would recommend these guys again and again to anyone who is moving into a new house or apartment, or hasn't had their ducts cleaned and has allergies or is sensitive to air quality. They arrived within 30 mins of the 2-hour window and were done in 3 hours. The employee tried to resolve the issue, but the owner did not care. We asked for insurance and he would not give it. We contacted the BBB to help with the issue and Ugly Ductling did not respond to them. In order for the place to be in living condition again we had to hire a professional cleaning service. That cost an additional 5k. This company does not care about customers at all. It's a quick in and out job to them. I highly recommend never using them.

It was filthy because I haven't had it cleaned in a while. Although I wish I would have asked to see the dust in the machine just to measure how much dust had accumulated over 3 years. I feel good that I am breathing cleaner air and do not notice dust everywhere like before. I do think the pricing of the duct cleaning is a bit expensive for an apartment unit and the amount of time it took to clear out dust. He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. Art showed me the blanket of lint inside my dryer and the poor dead bird that apparently had gotten stuck in the duct. I hired Lowe's Cleaning Services to clean the duct and evaporator coil of my furnace. They were…read morequick to respond and were able to schedule someone same day, which I needed since I was going out of town the next day. They sent two guys as my unit is an industrial roof-top kind (no idea why). They went through each vent with their rotor brush and vacuum and were clean and efficient. Malden, the main guy, was very polite and explained the findings. Two weeks later, we smelled a burning smell coming from the vents. Had a furnace technician out here to diagnose the issue and he mentioned some insulation was touching the the metal tubes that the fire goes through. He said it's possible the vacuum could have pulled some insulation out of its spot but could not say for sure. I contacted Lowe's and they said they would check it out right away. Malden came back and noticed the smell and immediately started disassembling the furnace. Was able to find the insulation under the motor and cut it away. We turned the furnace back on and he waited to make sure the smell went away, which it did. They went above and beyond to help out, even when the cause of the smell wasn't directly known. They were also very affordable when compared to the going rate. I would definitely recommend Lowe's Cleaning Services.
