Once we paid the 1/2 payment for tuck pointing and gutter replacement it took nearly 2 months to complete. While we could tolerate the delays it was unacceptable that they NEVER returned any phone calls inquiring about start times but then workers just showed up with out any notification. In all fairness the work was done ok but there was certainly a problem with communication. They did send the invoice for the remaining balance out in 48hrs.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value…read more Kearns Roofing, and Mike Nicely, in particular, so far exceeded any expectations that even my nitpicking, micro managing handyman father visiting from NJ was very impressed. From start to finish Mike facilitated the process and made sure it went without a hitch. Having never replaced a roof or worked with insurance to cover wind damage, I didn't know where to begin. Mike worked with the insurance adjuster and looked out for my interests at every turn. The team removed the old roof and installed a gorgeous new roof in one day! They cleaned up every last scrap and nail, and provided beautiful drone pictures of both the process and the end product. I requested commercial sized gutters with screens. They added flash barriers for points where the roof pitch could result in excess flow. My father has called twice to tell me how impressed he was with the workmanship, service and end result. Honestly, Kearns roofing and Mike Nicely were so good and efficient, I worried it was a scam and I was going to be stuck with a terrible bill. In the end, it cost me LESS than estimated because Mike did a great job working with the insurance company! He saved me thousands of dollars and the quality of work is exceptional. I could not be happier. Thank you, Kearns Roofing and especially Mike Nicely! You live up to your name.

Scott was on time and provided lots of details of what it would take to complete the job. We needed a little time to decide and he understood. When we called to confirm, we were given a timeframe of about 6 weeks before they could get started. Imagine my surprise when we got a call 2 weeks later that they had finished a job early and were able to fit us in! The crew arrived on time, was professional and efficient. I'm pleased with the look of the roof and they did a thorough job cleaning up as well. Overall great experience!

They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). I'll be using them again in a few years for the garage and definitely will be recommending them in the meantime to anyone that I hear needs a good roofer!

We immediately fell in love with the professionalism of Bob at the meeting and wanted to schedule him and his crew right away. Bob and his Wife were very communicative, and very easy to work with! They were VERY close if not spot on with (maybe even early) with our scheduled estimated date of install!! WOW. Bob and his team were very organized and clean during the installation. You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. When the job was completed, Bob made sure we were happy with the installation, and his team cleaned up SO WELL. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site. Also, Bob was able to inspect the whole roof for leaks and found a soft spot for us before it was a problem and replaced the wood. If you are looking for a reliable roofing company please call them for a quote. They are polite, professional and VERY down to earth. They do their jobs efficiently and correctly. I have been gloating about this company since my install, and hope to bring them more business with my honest review!!! Thank you Benedict Roofing!

I decided to hire a professional and called Top Gun Roofing, a local company in Olmsted Falls. The owner, John Ferguson, answered and listened to my situation. He understood the urgency and agreed to finish the job I had started. To my surprise, he arrived within three hours and worked alone until dusk, then returned the next morning to complete the project. John did excellent work at a reasonable price, and his cleanup was impeccable, leaving no debris behind. The new shed roof looks great. He was skilled, professional, friendly, and courteous.
