Experienced crew arrived on time & worked diligently removing existing roofs, uncovering & repairing hidden damage to portion of one roof deck, installed proper materials with careful technique. Cleaned up daily. Completed in two days. Unfortunately, a mishap with a trailer broke a window & damaged the trim. Service Manager Amber, Sr. Project Manager Corey & crew responded as if it happened to their own homes: Pella window reglazed & screen repaired, aluminum trim replaced & repainted. The sales person was wonderful! The rest of my experience was terrible--actually worse than . Begining with an office who accused me of ISF on my check when they had not even deposited the check. On the job --from crew members who had never been on a ladder, to trash haulers who were rude and inconsiderate, to a project manager who was only on the job site once besides a day I asked him to show up[after many emails and texts and phone calls] To the resolution team who basically didnt take care of the multiple issues we had discussed thru the job and lastly to the damage to my neighbors property that was NEVER addressed. I selected this company for many that I received estimates from. They make a professional 1st impression and all the reviews I read were good. My experience was not good! It was like I was the 1st roof they ever replaced. The job took 10x longer than anticipated. They didn't finish the whole roof , they missed a whole section of the roof and had to come back out and finish it. Then wen the came to finish it they brought the wrong material so they had to come back yet again. My gutter guards weren't replaced. I had to ask them to replace them. Nails were left everywhere! The also left the dumpster in my yard for a couple days after the project was finished. This is a just a few things. There is much more....terrible!! I was constantly on the phone with my project manager asking where the roofers were? Some days they just wouldn't show up! When the roof was finally complete they called the very next day for immediate payment! Where was this sense of urgency when they were replacing my roof??? I didn't pay them until I made sure all of the work was complete... but still not sure it's done properly... read more

Met them at the IX center home show Cleveland. Scheduled and appointment for them to get info on metal shingle roof replacement for our home. They called to say they would be late on the day of the appointment. He was an additional 20 minutes late from the rescheduled appointment time. He walked around the home we had a large patio project going on so he just took a few pictures and said he would pull up the home on an internet program to get dimensions. HE LEFT AND WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN needless to say some one else got the job. read more
