I didn't care when it was done as long as I got a good job before winter. The painters did a great job and kept the work area really clean. No old paint chips left on the ground or anything I needed to clean up after! They were respectful of me and my neighbors (both language and level of noise) and that is so important! I am so thankful I found them and the price was less than half of another estimate for more choices!

They were very reasonable. Duke, a member of the firm, came and did an outstanding job. The screens for the gazebo (I suspect were a DYI project) were in a mess. They helped us out by removing the furniture and plantings from our deck as I was unable to do it alone and my husband had recently had surgery. They came and power washed one day and allowed to dry and then came back and prepped the deck and prepped/wrapped the siding of the house and the windows and doors. The entire deck, spindles, rails, fascia boards and underside supports were stained as were the small gaps between the floor boards. The men came back after the deck was dry and helped move the furniture and plantings back to the deck. We have had other neighbors comment on how beautiful the deck looks! When my realtor saw the work Norm and his crew did in the two units, she gushed praises for how good Norm made our property look. She even cussed a bit, and she doesn't normally swear. Here's a direct quote from the text she sent me, "IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!" Norm checked all of the boxes you want a contractor to check. High quality workmanship. Check. Reasonable on price. Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough. If you want your place painted by a guy who will make it look SOOOOOO GOOOOD, then I think you need to hire Norm.
