Mike the supervisor was a likable guy and answered all my questions and concerns. He was also on site almost all day. I cautioned them about leaving me nails to drive on and they seemed to pay great attention to tarping. They ran magnets for 2 hours and even picked nails out of the bushes. Zero nails were found anywhere in my gravel drive. I would use them again. They keep it real and keep prices reasonable. Office staff is pleasant and easy to do business with.

I am so grateful for their professionalism and expertise ... and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barnes Roofing to anyone! UPDATE January 2021: Somehow, Barnes Roofing managed to pull off a second miracle for me. I recently had a high-efficiency furnace installed, and the exhaust pipe from the old furnace needed removed. The HVAC team doesn't do that, as it involves roofing repairs. (I probably should have thought of this, but didn't. Lessons learned.) Anyhow - one call to Barnes Roofing, and my situation was resolved just over a week later. I can hardly believe they got this done in flipping January. Very grateful for companies like this!! Would give more than 5 stars if possible. December 2020: A friend recommended Barnes Roofing, and I am so glad I called them. I needed several gutter repairs done, along with a siding fix on a home I recently purchase. They came out to estimate the job immediately, and then an early winter set in shortly thereafter. I figured it would be spring/summer until Barnes could get to this work. To their credit, they managed to find an "open window" between snowstorms, windstorms, rain & ice, and managed to get my repairs done before winter! They did a terrific job, and I am very pleased. I will be calling them with confidence for future work.

MacGregor Roofing came out to Pepper Pike to rescue our exterior home…read more problems. In particular the roof, gutters, and skylight leak. With a hassle-free experience, the roofers at MacGregor Roofing took care of our nagging leaks in the sunroom, cleaned the gutters, and replaced buckling shingles. Going above and beyond what needed to be done, the company's owner, Bob Murphy, investigated the attic, to find the root cause of the buckling shingle problem. We were grateful for the well-done job and work, the men were timely, and polite, and cleaned up any debris or evidence of shingles that fell to the ground. Thanks, MacGregor! We'll be calling back!

The house had also been suffering from rot around the windows, which they fixed. They were kind to not charge us for reattaching two pieces of siding that had fallen off in a storm a while back. They very quickly scheduled us in even though it was cold outside and in the holiday season. Everyone was very pleasant to talk with and the entire project for the more contemporary replacement windows was done within two days. The new black vinyl windows look very nice from the inside and outside and we can already tell that drafts are minimized in the house because of the new windows. The windows they suggested have helped to "elevate" the outside appeal of our 140-yr-old gambrel-roofed house, while not detracting from the vintage style of the house.
