Let me just say... Life changing. I had wanted to do my…read morebrows for years, but I was so hesitant and scared. But then I kept seeing brows on friends that Diana did and I went for it! I got the Nano brows and I cannot tell you how life altering this has been. I now have brows that look so natural -- just like I used to have them before I went full Gwen Stefani in high school. (You know, the tragic era where I plucked them so aggressively they basically filed a missing persons report.) Probably even better than my original brows! And best of all, they're natural, not the blocky trendy look that works for many people, but wasn't what I wanted for myself. The healing process also sounded so scary, and literally I never ever felt they didn't look good, even while healing. My only regret is not doing it sooner! I now can go makeup-free and feel confident to just run out the door and still feel good. I highly recommend this to anyone. And if you are scared and on the fence like I was, I can promise you will be happy and in good hands with Diana.

I had actually first contacted her in 2023, but I was nervous about getting my brows done and chickened out. I put it off for nearly two years, and now I am SO glad I finally did it. During my first appointment, Diana spent nearly two hours carefully sketching and refining my brows until they were exactly what I wanted. I used to have gorgeous, naturally full brows and needed absolutely no makeup, but perimenopause changed that. Suddenly, I was drawing them in every day with an eyebrow pencil, which was honestly a huge pain in the ass. I chose powdered brows, followed Diana's aftercare instructions very carefully, and now I finally feel like I have my old brows back. Diana followed up after my first session, and the second appointment was incredibly smooth. I have now been enjoying my brows for over six months, and just this week, at least three people commented on how perfect they looked. I absolutely have to give credit where it is due. Diana is truly wonderful, and I could not be happier that I finally trusted her and went through with it.

I was preparing to tell her how I wanted to change the trial makeup to something more pink, but that morning, Jessie brought up the idea of changes to me first! She suggested a pink look would look better and I was impressed because I felt the same way. I appreciated that Jessie spoke out about what she thought would look better on me; I felt like she had my back! In total, we had 11 people who needed both hair and makeup. I was worried that it would take a very long time, but Jessie and her two assistants run like a well-oiled machine! Started at 8am, done by 1230pm! All my girls looked beautiful!! The makeup lasted all day! Jessie even gave me a little pouch of materials for touch up, but I didn't need it! My hair also stayed in place all night long! She even taught my bridesmaids how to help put on and remove my veil without messing up my hair or the flowers in it! She knew how to solve any and all makeup/hair issues with no problem; it was obvious that she's very knowledgeable and experienced. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any event!

I only have a few small hairs above each eye and I was extremely embarrassed by this before my first procedure. Although I eventually became quite good at drawing them in, I was a perfectionist about it which nearly made me late to work on multiple occasions... needless to say, my self-esteem was pretty low. Then I came across a woman who just had her brows done - the only reason I knew they were tattooed is because they were red and slathered with Aquaphor. She referred me to Elaine and after a consultation, I could tell Ms. Chen would meet my (admittedly high) expectations. She is all about perfection and will not let you leave her office until she feels she has done all she can to make you look your best.
