Her vibe is strongly positive. She explained what she is going to do and how long it takes. There were no hidden fees , however , I already had some other remanentes from my last eyebrow session with another stylist , but diana managed it perfectly fine and reconstruct the shape of my eyebrows . She has high social skills in terms of knowing how to talk with costumers . The cleanness of the clinic was outstanding. At the end of the session, she made sure that I receive informations about my next 2 days and packed a gift box. She has great customer service and responds to inquiries very fast. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows as I am a difficult patient due to the ink not wanting to ever stay well on my skin. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she does and I loved hearing her explain how she can't do certain things this because of the color of prior work I had once had. My favorite thing about her work is she will draw a sketch on a picture of u of what you would look like with the style of work you are getting done. i went in for a consultation with Diana, she took alot of time with me to draw the perfect eyebrows and talk me through the entire process. I went back 3 weeks later for the procedure. Diana again took time to go over the process and prep. Total time was about 3 hours and it went very smooth, not painful at all. At first my eyebrows were very dark but Diana reassured me they would lighten up during the healing process. Diana was right, they lightened up and they are beautifu! Diana did such a GREAT job.
