Usually mascara and lash curlers don't last longer than 5 mins for me. I was amazed at how much of a difference the lash lift provided me!! I absolutely love it every time. It lasts for a decent amount of time too, as long as you don't sleep on your lashes. For some reason, my GPS took me to San Carlos for my first appointment and I was suuuper confused. I called Thanh and explained what happened and we had to cancel the appointment. However, she quickly scheduled me for another appointment the next day and she didn't charge me a fee for the mix up even though it was totally my fault for not double checking my GPS. She is a really friendly and understanding person. The last time I went in, she offered to add lash conditioner to my lashes for free! She plays calming music that is easy to relax to during the lash lift, and also offers good conversations. Sometimes I get super freaked out about people touching my eyes - I'm a nightmare at the eye doctor lol. But Thanh always makes me feel comfortable. She's always a text away if you have any questions after your appointment. About the location: Plenty of street parking along with parking in the parking lot. Her room is inside of another building (the building isn't called Le Lashes), but it is easy to find. I was confused when I first went, so I sent her a text and she kindly met me outside.

I didn't want to pick some random salon off the internet for something relatively permanent. At our first meeting for my free consultation, I was immediately impressed. Joanne was extremely thorough, taking measurements and photos. She then drew a detailed stencil over my brows of what she recommended, so I could decide if I liked it or wanted to make any changes. I scheduled the actual procedure for the following week. Again, super impressed. She took more measurements and confirmed what we had discussed during the consultation before she began. After another stencil for my approval and guidelines for her, she applied a numbing cream. The procedure was a piece of cake. I never felt any pain during or afterwards and my brows look amazing! I have a follow up appointment in a month so she can check my healing progress and see if I need any touch up. So glad I came to Joanne. I could not be happier.
