I understand everyone's frustration. It's been a long time coming but I have to chime in regarding the consistency of the surgeries performed. I had a breast augmentation with tummy tuck and liposuction from the waist down to my knees. The tummy tuck and breast aug. turned out great but the rest is a disaster. I've had a couple follow up surgeries to correct my thighs but it's still a mess and now I just have to live with it. They say they'll make it right but you have to pay for the hospital which can up upwards of $2000. If I'm bringing the issues up that haven't been corrected at time of surgery within the 12 months allotted why am I paying for the hospital - that should be on the doctor. I think as the doctor if you're great at something leave it at that and refer your patients to another doctor who would better serve your patient on the next surgery and you would be respected for accepting that you are not great in every aspect of cosmetic surgery and that it is not your expertise. I have lumps, banana rolls and far from symmetrical. Again, if it's something the doctor is not able to do he needs to swallow his bride and say so and the office manager needs to stay out of it as well and not respond for the doctor as she is not the one performing the surgery. That is another problem at this facility- the office manager answers a lot of theses complaints which is not for her to do. The contract is with Dr Hardesty, not Elizabeth and I don't believe that he is even aware of half of the complaints on Yelp. Do some soul searching ladies before you jump into surgery and perhaps try another option before jumping into surgery. I hope I've been able to get some of you to stop and think before you chose surgery, as it is final, depending on your cash flow. The final word - It's all about consistency and that's the issue here. He's great with breast aug and tummy tuck but for your thighs, find someone else. When it comes to plastic surgery its not a one stop shop....you need to find a doctor that is an expert in a specific area that you need work on. read more

All I have to say is if you want your Botox & filler done right go see Chelsea. She is amazing, put it like this, she is an artist and your face is her canvas. Last year I was looking for a new place to get my Botox/filler after having a not so good experience at a location very, very close to Dr. Hardesty's office...... So anyways I did some research and saw that Dr. Hardesty's office had great reviews and I liked the fact that he is an actual plastic surgeon, not a cardiologist who does cosmetic procedures on the side, so I knew that whoever worked at his office would be legit. I called and made an appointment and lucky me my appointment was with Chelsea. She started off by asking me how I wanted the Botox to look, I told her that I like it high and flat as the wall, no movement, think real housewife style, she said great aggressive, and that's the way you should do Botox! And she gave me just that, it looks fabulous and is long lasting with no movement. I then asked Chelsea about making some filler that I had gotten at another place, (the place that I had not a good experience at) look more symmetrical (it was only obvious to me, but that's who opinion matters most!) She said no problem, that she could not dissolve someone else's work, that I would have to go back to them for that, well there was no way in heck I would go back there, but she could defiantly even it up for me. And she again did just that, it was a total game changer for me, she made me look great! I've had a pretty bad case of gynecomastia (in my eyes) for the past 10 years and I was extremely nervous that no doctor would be able to deliver the results the way I wanted. I searched for about 3 years looking for an experienced and affordable doctor in the riverside area. I had two ruptured old generation silicone implants from the eighties. After 27 years they were thrashed. Silicone from one implant migrated into my upper muscle and surrounding tissue. This created a reactionary tumor the size of four golf balls. Anytime time a tumor this size is removed it carries a significant risk. Blood loss and a host of other complications. Being a completive dancer and a bodybuilder I was also concerned how much muscle would be removed. Would I ever be the same again? Yes, the thought of all this was creeping me out. Safety, experience and results was parliament. My job was to find the best surgeon I could and the rest would be up to him. Based on research evidence, I was convinced. I made my appointment. When the day came, Dr. Hardesty took the time to explain my options. I have to say, the guy knows his stuff. But the thing that really stood out and struck me about Dr. Hardesty is how approachable he is. He is a down-to-earth guy with super-doc abilities. I shared with him my concerns about losing function in my arm due to the silicone that had invaded my muscle and it needed to be cut out. He assured me that he would do everything possible to minimize muscle loss. I had the surgery. The ruptured implants, scar tissue and tumor was removed. In recovery Dr. Hardesty told me that he was able to preserve the muscle and removed less than one percent of it! I have no clue how he was able to pull that off but I am grateful. And just in case I had grave concerns about the recovery process, he gave me his cell number. He even asked me to see him on a Saturday to make sure things were going well. I had some pre-surgery gitters , but after hearing his voice and the fact that he took the time to check in on me, well, I felt a lot less anxious. What kind of doctor these days makes a house call before surgery? None that I've ever experienced. That is service. With Dr. Hardesty and team, it is not just about medicine but about the humanistic component - the whole person. As of this writing it has been six weeks since surgery. Today is my first day back at the gym. I almost have my full range of motion in my arms. I expect to have all of it in one more week. I'm pretty sure had I used a different surgeon, that tumor would have been cut out with little regard to function and I would have never been the same. My experience is with Botox by the RN's. I have been getting Botox for 15 years from a dermatologist who has always done a good job and is very detailed, but has no personality, so I decided to try elsewhere. The RN's that do the Botox at this office are very nice, but my Botox results were less than satisfactory. My eyelids appeared heavy and I lost my high arch after the 1st treatment. After 2 weeks, I went back to express my issues and get a touch up. I am still left with a flatter brow arch than what I had before and heavy, uneven eyelids due to the brow drop. The touch up didn't fix it either. Very disappointed that I paid money to look more tired after the Botox, when normally I looked refreshed. They definitely weren't as detailed as to the Botox placement as my other Doctor, who actually marks it on a facial diagram that he keeps in my file, so he knows where he injected and where to adjust if needed. On a positive, the RN's are down to earth and the Botox is a reasonable price, although I'm willing to pay more for a better result. read more

I have always been interested in under eye filler after my eyes started developing a really tired look. Dr. Hardesty was referred to me by a friend. I had lost 55lbs and was wanting to look as good as I felt. On my first visit I was nervous and uncertain. Dr Hardesty and his staff calmed all my fears. I was iron deficient and needed to bring that up significantly. It took me 3 months to do it and every time I went in I was discouraged and kept saying it's ok if it's low I don't care. Dr. Hardesty kept telling me it was for my safety. Needless to say he was 100% correct; on surgery day my iron was at 14 and about 2 weeks after my surgery is was back to being at around 10. That's low but not it could kill you low. Had he not cared and just did the surgery it could have been fatal. Now how I feel and look now is absolutely AMAZING. My husband, friends, and myself can't even believe what a tremendous difference this surgery has made. I feel confident, sexy, skinny, and proud of my weight loss. I had a tummy tuck. I visited Dr. Hardesty for a consultation last fall, after doing extensive research for a surgeon. After checking credentials, looking on the medical board website for any malpractice lawsuits and checking reviews online, I had narrowed it down to 3 surgeons. I visited all of them over the course of 2 weeks, and Dr. Hardesty was my final visit. Half way into the consult, I had already made up my mind that this was the doctor for me. Everything from scheduling the appointment with Elizabeth, to getting set up in for the doctor with the medical assistant, to meeting with him was all a very pleasant experience. I had already done the research on him, but he reaffirmed everything with speaking about himself and his accolades. He did not come off arrogant rather humbled by his success. He engaged with me about what I wanted and also offered his expert opinion. I came in with 2 pages of typed questions. He answered every one. He did not make me feel rushed, or like the next person in line (as one of the other surgeons I interviewed did). He was, and the experience was an overall delight. I did end up completing the surgery with him about 2 months later, with fantastic results. He made sure I was comfortable post op and had all of my appointments thereafter after, set up in advance for the next 6 months. This decision is a very personal one and you have to feel 100% comfortable with your choice. I got a Brazilian butt lift one year ago and at the time Dr. Hardesty was amazing. I am kind of okay with my results but I think they could've been a lot better. My butt looks great except the shape is slowly losing shape. My main concern was with the LIPO suction that was done to my waist, stomach and inner thigh area. After the surgery my stomach was uneven on one side this skin slightly drooped more than the other side and my left inner thigh has an indent now which makes them uneven. Went through and paid for all this too still not be able to wear a bikini, a HUGE disappointment. read more

I have had several procedures performed by Dr Hardesty and I couldn't be happier with his amazing skills, attention to detail along with his professionalism. I feel that he listened to my requests and delivered the realistic expectation of what I wanted. My goal was to have a tummy tuck which a previous plastic surgeon had told me that I was not a good candidate for probably because I had a large vertical scar on my abdomen due to a surgery performed years earlier and it would be difficult to make my belly look good. When I consulted with Dr Hardesty for the tummy tuck he said that I was a good candidate for the tummy tuck however there would be approximately 1 to 1.5 in scare left from the original surgery scar down by my lower tummy area afterwards. I had the procedure performed and to my delight I saw that he had actually relocated my scar to the center of my stomach that looks like the line a women develops after having a baby below my belly button down. He also created me the cutest little belly button. After I healed a year later there were two small pockets of fat in the center of my stomach from the relocation which in his office he removed thru Lipo and I had that fat injected into my face so that I don't need to regularly pay for costly fillers.
