She was very nice and friendly over the phone. She explained the expectations for my consultation and made me feel very at ease. My consultation was scheduled a month away but was placed on a waiting list and was seen sooner. After meeting Dr. Hardesty (virtually), I was impressed by the amount of information he provided me with. This was my 2nd surgeon consultation. He was very detailed on the process. Mind you, I was removing my implants due to weird symptoms I was experiencing related to BII. He was very supportive and wasn't shocked as to the reason. He made me feel very comfortable about my decision. After my consultation, I was able to schedule my surgery with Elizabeth right after. Surgery was about a month and a half later. The surgery center is right next to his office. On surgery day, I was very nervous and with mixed emotions. I met the anesthesiologist and Dr. Hardesty before entering the OR. Dr. Hardesty offered to say a quick prayer before surgery, which made me feel VERY at ease! Surgery was about 3 1/2 hours, it was longer than expected. The nurses there were super nice and attentive. My recovery was not easy! You need some help at home for the first week. The drains are no joke. I didn't have drains for my BA so I didn't expect for these to be an issue. They make recovery so much harder. And when they are removed, man, that's not fun. Besides all the complications, Dr. Hardesty was beside me all the time. All his patients have his cell phone number in case of an emergency, which I had to use on a weekend. He's very caring and kind. Thought-out my recovery, I had to visit his office in Riverside numerous times. From his front desk to his PA, they are all very friendly, kind and accommodating. His nurse, Narsel, is amazing. She's super energetic, uplifting, and knowledgeable. She made every visit enjoyable regarding the circumstances. Kelsey Sandoval, PA-C is very attentive and kind. It's been 6-weeks since surgery. The experience I had with Dr. Hardesty's office was incredible from scheduling my consult to my last appointment today. I waited to post them only because it really does take time to settle in and for all of the swelling to fully disappear and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. My total experience at Loma Linda University plastic surgery with Dr. Gupta and staff was nothing less than perfect, I mean every single aspect of it from the initial consultation thru today and I say that because Ive had to delay my second procedure due to illness and also because I wanted to lose some weight before my tummy tuck is performed to achieve the best results possible. September will be here before I know it. Im super excited and nervous only because Im a chicken about being put to sleep Ill be honest lol. Id like to mention that my eyes and face were performed under local and mild sedation, yes I was awake very calm and I felt nothing. My recovery was also painless. I have also taken my daughter there for laser hair removal treatments for several years, and we have always appreciated Angie, who has been wonderful, professional, and one of the main reasons we continued returning to the practice. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. During my daughter's last appointment, only one of her three treatment areas was treated due to sun exposure concerns. Despite only receiving a partial treatment, I was charged a $50 fee. As a long-term client who has spent thousands of dollars at this practice and referred others, I politely requested that the fee be waived. The office manager, Nadia, brought me into her office, closed the door, (which I found odd) and refused to waive the fee, explaining that the office had "lost business." Yes, my appointment was rescheduled for a later time per my request but they had an opening and they accomodated. I asked if I could discuss the matter with Dr. Bennett, but the Office Manager, Nadia stated that she handles the financial matters and would not put me in contact with the doctor. After a subsequent phone conversation, I requested a call from Dr. Bennett specifically to discuss what I felt was unprofessional treatment. I also asked if I could speak with Angie, as I value her opinion and trust her judgment. Nadia's response was, "She's just a nurse," which I found dismissive and disrespectful. The tone of the conversation was upsetting enough that I began recording it so I could accurately relay my concerns to Dr. Bennett. Once I mentioned I was recording, the tone of the conversation noticeably changed. I was also told that 1.5 hours had been blocked for my daughter's treatment, despite her appointments never taking that long in our years of experience there. It is disappointing that a practice would risk losing a loyal, long-term client and future referrals over a disputed $50 fee, especially when we still have prepaid credits remaining on our accounts. What concerns me most is not the fee itself, but the manner in which my concerns were handled. After many years as a satisfied client, I never expected to feel so disrespected and unheard. I sincerely hope management and Dr. Bennett review how long-standing patients are treated, because patient loyalty and respectful communication should matter. Dr. Bennet, I hope you get all sides of the story. Your front desk receptionists were helpful, Angie is amazing, but all ruined by your Office Manager.

This man single handedly changed my quality of life for the better in less than a month of seeing him. I am beyond grateful to have him as my ENT!!! The examination rooms lacked air conditioning, featuring only a fan on a chair that circulated warm air. Upon Dr. Gupta's arrival, he spent approximately eight minutes with me and recommended that I seek treatment at LLUMC. In contrast, the physician's assistant provided exceptional care and conducted a thorough examination. It is evident that he possesses the necessary qualifications to pursue medical school and specialize in ENT medicine. Prior to my appointment with an ENT at LLUMC, the hospital staff contacted me to inquire about my medical records. I left a message at Dr. Gupta's office, but I did not received a return call. Additionally, I left another voicemail last Monday morning requesting my records, but I have not received a response either. Upon reviewing my Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from this visit, I discovered that my insurance company was billed $1,000 for "surgery." This was an initial consultation, and no surgery was performed. Therefore, it is concerning that this doctor billed my insurance company for a procedure that did not take place.

Waiting all that time. I could have gone for lunch or taken a break. In the future if given a choice I'll pick a Kaiser facility. What matters most is a good outcome. So my moms choice was @ this office in Colton, CA We had to be here at 6 am, but the staff didn't open until 6:12 am. I know only 12 minutes late, but I'm the type of person you ask me to be one time. You should be on time, too! The front staff who was late wasn't the friendliest or welcoming. Then I asked her how long the surgery was going to be... She gave me a firm two hours. That surgery would be @ 7:30 to be back by 9:30am So I went home only to be called less than 30 minutes. That she was done and ready to be picked up. It was awesome that it was done, but I could have just stayed there. If she would have been better with the times. The doctor from Kaiser is amazing and did a wonderful job. The discharge nurse was also super helpful and friendly. Mom is recovering nicely. Overall, they get 3 stars. I'd definitely go with a Kaiser Permanente location instead of here if there's a next time.

He claims that he spent a lot of time with the patient, but that's not true and he can go back and check his time stamps, dates on appointments, or CCTV if he has one. On our first consultation appointment, he was kind of offstandish and rude to me as I was trying to inquire about things to expect post op. After he cut me off because he was assuming what I was going to ask, I responded and said that I wasn't going to ask what he assumed I was going to ask. At the next appointment, it was the procedure day, and that took a little more time since it was the day of the procedure. At the final appointment, the post op appointment, we were in the waiting room for about an hour after our scheduled time, which is ok. The stitch removal took about 2-5 mins, and another 2-5 minutes before the doctor came in. He didn't double-check the stitches, but rather just informed us that the skin sent to the lab was not cancerous and reminded us of aftercare, and we left. So, nowhere did he spend a lot of time with us, so that's a lie. Although he spoke with his team, still no accountability or apologies. I don't care to speak with this doctor or the office any further, and none of the reviews will be removed. What's crazier is he keeps responding. Only now that these comments and experiences are made public. But this was not how he was on the phone brushing me off and being dismissive. Would he still be this way if it wasn't public? Seems like he's talking more to the public in third person. I reached out via internet inquiry box from his website. Then contacted the office a few days later. He was not kind on the phone. No one told him to call me while he was mid-surgery. After being dismissive, I decided to leave a review. He actually ONLY reached out after the damage was already done customer service wise. Would he have reached out genuinely otherwise? Absolutely not. Why would I want to further personally interact?
