I got a pedicure and, Finn, the woman who worked on me was wonderful! She was very personable, she made sure to clarify everything I requested and the massage was amazing! I haven't had a pedicure in 3 years and this visit with Finn has made me decide to do this on the regular! The shop is bright, clean, and interestingly decorated. Everyone wore a mask, employees and clients, and socially distanced whenever possible! I will be back! P.S. There is a Groupon out right now if you want to give this place a shot-highly recommend. read more

Ok so I'm glad I gave this place another try. We came here without an appointment on a Saturday morning about a half an hour after they opened. My daughter was getting her toes and nails done. I had no intention of getting any services. The woman who was working on my daughter asked what kind of nails she wanted. My daughter wanted acrylic, but the woman highly recommended gel x. I was skeptical because I thought gel x was much more expensive than acrylic. To my surprise, they only charge $10 more for gel x here. She was talking about how much better it is for your natural nails (less damaging), which I had heard before. So at that point I decided to get the gel x for myself too! The woman who worked on me was AMAZING. So meticulous, made sure the shape was absolutely perfect, etc. I ended up loving my nails so much and I think this is my new nail spot. read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER! This was the worst nail experience i've ever had. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the lady doing my nails was on her phone the whole time. My nails are uneven, badly shaped when i asked for "coffin", and the nail polish is messed up. The lady also left a crust around my cuticles. She also charged me $10 for no reason, and i didn't argue it because i was already so mad. I was the only one in there, and they barely talked to me, horrible customer service, and horrible skills. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a mani and pedi. When i arrived , i was impressed at how clean and new everything was. They have the stylish new "bar" type of salon style. I was greeted right away and told to select my color. My pedicure was started a few minutes after arriving. The technician Peter who gave me my manicure was super quiet but gave BOMB foot massage ! Like the best ever! He did a good job with everything else as well. Angel did my manicure and did a good job with that as well. I will definitely be back to get another one of those foot massages! I will be back soon!! read more

really sad about this , but had to write a review. First time getting gel and it all peeled off days after and continued to peel off. Update! Went back in and got a gel color change and fresh shape for no extra cost. Really happy with the results- hoping the gel lasts this time! read more

I went in for a pedicure, the woman was rough , it was painful . They don't tell anyone that they are booked, they have more people than they can handle coming in so they kick you out of your chair before your nails are dry. I paid $60 and it was not relaxing very rushed even though they time every little thing they do. The massage hurt . Will not be back read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Angel did an AWFUL job on my nails. I got them done last week, & just about all of my nails have popped off or broke. I also asked for a coffin shape; however, I am not sure what shape I was given. I had to file them when I got home. I spent almost 50$ for a full set just so my nails could pop off a week later. It also looks like I already need a fill & it's only been a week. I do NOT recommend!! read more

First time try// setting an appt was easy, greeted right away everyone wore masks and I felt it was a little time consuming but I never done dip before - lady kept pausing on me and assisting others which is fine. Full dip set and pedicure was kinda of pricey but they do show prices when you select your appt-- I'm interested in their other services and other peoples experiences such as waxing read more

My wife and I visited after not being able to find ANYONE else with availability. We asked for 2 pedicure/manicures. We were quickly upsold with a 5 second flash of the options to a "Spa Pedicure" which turned out to be $48 per person. My wife had a Gel French manicure and I had a standard manicure (but had them buff my nails). Net Net, $175 plus tip. An hour after we finished, my cuticles were pulling up, the dry rough skin around the edges of my nails that had not been trimmed was causing irritation and picking. NO service at these prices should require me to go home and use a cuticle clipper to clean up their work. I WOULD NOT return and WOULD NOT recommend anyone waste their money here. read more

Fantastic services. Friendly technicians. Tons of dip colors to choose from. Easy to get appointments.

Best foot massage ever! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I'll be back!!!

First of all, the salon is GORGEOUS! I had no idea from the outside. Got an amazing Groupon for eyelash extensions. Angel was great, thorough, kind, relaxed, and made me feel gorgeous. For Reference I got the classic set for a natural look. She asked if I wanted natural or more, but I just wanted natural, I don't wear makeup most days. read more

What made me patronize this salon was a Groupon I saw online for a classic lash set. I also booked a pedicure service and my husband accompanied me so he could get a pedicure and manicure as well. Upon arrival we selected the spa pedi's where they performed the paraffin treatment and never explained there was a $10 a piece upcharge. WE DID NOT REQUEST THAT ADD ON! The owner or person in charge performed my lash extensions and was very rude and hardly said two words to me besides notifying me that she was going to charge me an extra $30 while in the middle of performing my lashes. Her explanation was that I have hard lashes to do! I have never experienced such a terrible service in my life, not to mention how poorly placed my lashes were. My husband couldn't even tell that lashes were done. I will NEVER return to this establishment and will not recommend this business. read more

I finally found a nail salon as good as the one I left in New Orleans. After being disappointed in many places, I gave Imagine Nails a try. I bought 2 Groupons for 30 minutes of reflexology foot massage for my son and me. Zoey was amazing. I arrived with back pain, and left pain free. We were so impressed with our massage that we decided to get manicures. This was the best manicure I've ever had. The salon is clean, the implements are sanitized and the techs are very friendly. This is my new "go to" place. read more

This was my first time at Imagine and I loved it! Beautiful selection of Essie and OPI nail color, meticulous technicians, clean environment, comparable prices..... I really enjoyed being here. I had the SPA pedi done which was amazing. Peter was so good and thorough!! I added the 15 minute massage (reflexology) that rubbed my achy pregnant feet to rest. And my mani was clean and neat. I really like this place. I'll be back in 2-3 weeks for sure. read more

1st time shame on you 2nd time shame on me. The first time I tried this place was because I found a groupon. Who doesn't like a groupon? Especially when you're trying a new place. They were extremely rude at check out I opted for a deluxe pedicure which the technician explained as a $10 upcharge, cool. At check out I was charged additional $20 and was told I misunderstood and this included gratuity as well. Walked out feeling a certain way but gave them second chance a few months later mainly because the salon was empty on a thursday afternoon and my 10 y/o loved the nail bar in the middle of the salon. We asked to sit at the nail bar to have our nails done and they declined. $38 for a gel manicure for child. Same price as adult? 10 days later and I can't even my run fingers through hair without polish snagging and pulling. Today it has been 2 weeks and we just started chipping it off because it is so bad. In my experience a gel mani always last about 3 weeks until the growth is what makes me know it time to get them done again. Never again! read more

I had an awesome experience. The technician Zoey that worked on me was as sweet as could be. Last Friday, I had an appointment for a pedicure. It was worth every cent. They let me know upfront what the fee would be and never tried to upsell me. Before having my pedicure, my feet were covered with thick callouses and ached on a daily basis. Not only did Zoey get my feet as smooth as a baby's bottom, she creamed and massaged my feet and lower legs. It was so relaxing and a big treat. Zoey finished off by cleaning and pushing back my cuticles and exfoliating dead skin from my lower legs and feet. Their nail polish selection is over the top. I left with very soft feet and was extremely relaxed. I give them 5 + stars. Beverly Setzer read more

Awful, awful salon. My daughter's fingers were cut and bleeding! Nails were uneven. They refused to give a refund and hung up on me when I called to complain. Avoid this place like the plague!! read more

Honestly if I can give this place no stars I definitely would. The owner Angel Yun is totally unprofessional and rude she does not care about her customers and their nails at all, basically she is just all in for the money. So I got my acrylic powdered nails done on Monday and that same exact day one of my nail came off. On Tuesday more nails started to come off I gave her a call to tell her what was happening and she said " it's not my problem you left the salon happy." I then made an appointment to see her Thursday to take out the nails and do a regular gel manicure. She didn't want to refund me the difference between the prices and didn't allowed me to use the money in the store. DONT COME HERE!!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! read more

I don't like to post a bad review of a place , I will say that the leg massage was nice and relaxing. The pedicure was just a mess. I asked for some acrylic to be applied to my big toe because it had broken but the technician put a nail tip. Then the nails were cut crooked and painted messy. Also made an ingrown nail issue. read more

All in all I am very pleased with my experience here. The prices were slightly higher than where I have been going, but well worth it. I called earlier in the afternoon and was able to make an appointment for 7:00 for a regular manicure and brow waxing. Unlike other salons I have visited in the past, they did not try to upsell me to gel or dip. Besides being more expensive, I have naturally long nails, and they got damaged by using gel in the past. All of their regular polish appeared to be new and fresh. In fact, Angel, mentioned that they only use fresh polish. They must actually throw it away (imagine that) when it gets old and thick instead of trying to dilute and thin it out like other salons. My appointment was with Peter. He was quiet, but awesome. I just got the basic manicure. The arm / hand massage that I got with that was absolutely amazing. He started at my elbows, and worked all the way down through my fingers, pressing and stretching. I was surprised because the place I used to go you got hand cream and a 30 second massage (on a good day) of the hands and maybe just above the wrist. After the message, he covered my arms in hot towels. Again.... amazing!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lights on the drying station do not work, and it does not appear they plan on fixing them? Unlike gel, regular polish does not dry within a minute or two. I have found that the lights really do help dry more quickly and completely. Nothing worse than them being dry on the surface, but still wet enough underneath to be damaged. I will definitely be returning!!!!!!! read more

I would like to thank the nice lady who did my pedicure and started my manicure. It was very relaxing and she was very nice. As soon as the nice lady started doing my manicure i had informed her that i had to leave soon because a friend and I had somewhere to be. She said Okay i will hurry. This was a basic gel coat manicure nothing fancy, but half way into the manicure the owner of the store walk over to her station and I guess she did not like the way she was doing them, and the owner took over. She took the 3 layers of polish off, and proceeded to do them over. She did this three times.... She reassured me that it would only take 10 minutes. It did not. She was very rude and was pushing my hands around that I was a practice hand. When the said friend and i were ready to check out she over charged us and refused to give us the price break down. I was very disappointed in this business's work ethic. read more

I went to Imagine for the first time after my husband gave me a gift certificate for a mani-pedi. The staff there rip you off by pretending they do not speak english; the person that checked me in spoke broken English, but still very difficult to understand. Gave the woman my gift certificate; the women doing my nails keep talking and nodding, I kept saying I didn't understand, but she kept on working. She was so rough with my pedicure that the sides and bottom of my feet were raw and sore. After the manicure, when I went to leave, I was informed by the lady with the broken English that I owed them another $33 over the $70 gift certificate because they gave me the delux pedicure instead of the basic pedicure I asked for. My nails looked good, but will never go back and would not recommend them. read more

I bought a Groupon for a Mani/Pedi and made an appt a day before. After I had been soaking my feet and the nail tech cut my toe nails the owner came over to tell me that I could not use the Groupon because it was a Friday. I asked if I could use it that one time because I came far away and Im a full time caregiver for a sick mother who I had to make special arrangements for to come out and treat myself. She didn't want to hear it and told me I had to leave. There was only one other person in the salon!! She made me feel like a second class customer- inferior and cheap for using a Groupon. I will never go back there!! read more

Went over to get my nails done. I got the dipping powder. Well it's been a week and my nails are cracking and breaking. I had my last set done with n OKC and it lasted almost a month. I don't like writing bad reviews but i gave this place the benefit of the doubt 3 times and this last time was just it. Paid $55 + $15 tip for a set of dipping french, which is usually around $40-$45, i don't mind paying a bit more if the service is good and it actually lasts. Not even a day later my nail chipped, so I came back and had a appointment STILL had to wait 20-25 min for her to fix my nail so i was sitting for a total of 50 min. for ONE nail fix. I went in and showed the OWNER my broken nail and she said "I know I know, I fix it for you" the lady that had done my nails told me it was only her 3 rd time doing it, so she didn't really know how to do them, and it took a lot longer than expected (2.5 hours) so the owner knew that she had done them wrong and willingly charged me $55 for the nails. Now 4 days later 2 of them broke, mind you i have a desk job so I don't do much with my hands. Super frustrating, Owner didn't apologize and wanted to charge me for another full set. Here is a picture of the two broken nails and you can see that the nails were JUST done. 2 stars because the lady that used to work there Blanca gave the BEST pedicures. I have been at this salon since they opened a few months back, and will not be returning again. read more

The prices are more then any other nail place in the area. My nails started lifting 5 days after getting them. Its two weeks later and all my nails have fallen off. The polish started to change colors like the top coat was not done correctly after a few days.
