A picture from inside! Everything is so vibrant

I've only been twice but I absolutely love this place! 18 holes of glow-in-the-dark 3D fun!!! The 3D glasses really do affect how you putt! It genuinely feels like the paintings are coming up off the floor or popping out from the walls! It's such a cute little locally owned place. Any time mini golf is brought up, I bring up Imagine 3D!!

Super fun and lots of places to take photos. Hard holes with lots of laughs, have fun in the arcade after.

Who knew mini golf could be so much fun! I came here for a work event. There were 5 of us, 18 holes, and it took over an hour to complete. You will receive 3D glasses so take that into consideration. This place also has arcade games so come to experience it all. This is a fun place and is definitely a place I will come back. My boyfriend and I took our four kids here for a family fun night. We loved that it's family owned and everything was handpainted. I honestly that it was a great indoor mini golf option in Gilbert. We all had a blast! Even my 3 year old who was kind of scared at first ended up loving the place. Definitely and all ages place! But, next time we will opted out of the 3d glasses though, it made all of us dizzy lol

A clearly cherished family owned business. Although the holes weren't particularly original or difficult, I found the decor and 3D aspect to be refreshing and distinct. Parking was very spacious and notably across Bahama Buck's, a snow cone specialized business. Upon entry, everything was in the dark besides some snippets of color protruding from the left and right. They offered discounts for healthcare workers, elderly and smaller children. The staff members were incredibly friendly and passionate about the business. We learned that everything was inspired by the owner's son and hand painted. Not only did we enjoy the overall experience, we received a 25% off coupon for future visits and 15% off Bahama Buck's. =PROS= *Beautiful artwork: not only was everything lively and colorful, the 3-D effects were well incorporated. Indeed very trippy. *Nice staff *Equipment was consistently sanitized *Well airconditioned and clean *BOGO on Thursday *Arcade games on the side =CONS= *Groups weren't regulated: lots of traffic due to a large group and their lengthy attempts on each hole. Led to our experience taking nearly 2 hours as opposed to the expected 1. *Holes were a bit close together: led to crowding and lack of distancing. Worth the admission and would be great for family, friends, and dates.

My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon. Thankfully it wasn't super packed and things moved along pretty quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that all the murals are hand painted. The addition of the 3D aspect made for a fun twist. The layout is done well and the facility is clean. There is also a scavenger hunt for names throughout the display. We didn't find them all but made things more interesting, especially when waiting for the next course. The score card comes on a small clipboard with a carabiner attached so you can hang it from your belt loop...that was a total game changer! Sounds simple but made keeping score hassle free. This is a family owned business and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. It's the small things that set this place apart from others. We got through the course in about an hour. A great way to spend some family time indoors. The prices are very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back!

I am enjoying the resurgence of arcade bars here in the Valley. Since moving to Mesa, I have been making stops here at Level One Arcade Bar. I love the chill vibe and their selection of classic arcade games. Games use tokens or quarters that you can get from the token machine. Level One Arcade Bar is a two-story venue and has a wide array of pinball machines and arcade games. They opened in 2019 in Downtown Mesa and have a Valley Metro light rail stop nearby. Each floor features its own bar with each of them having around 30 beers on tap. The second level has majority of the pinball machines. You will find me playing classics like 1943, Galaga, Mortal Combat, Tekken 3, Area 51, Mario Bros and Street Fighter. I am also a big pinball junkie. They have darts here at Level One and we have had fun playing them when I have come here with groups of friends. So many cool games to play, lots of drink choices, and an inviting atmosphere makes this place a great venue to visit for a night out with friends or even a solo visit! Unfortunately, that is only when this place is functioning properly. The food is really not great, but my biggest gripe by far about this place is the service. I have gotten good service maybe three times.Every other time the servers either do not come to us, take extremely long, or are rude and acting like we're messing up their day by asking for basic customer service. Just the other day my friend and I ordered tower station. When we received the beers, they were absolutely not tower station. We asked to switch beers and our first server was very kind and accommodating. Then out of nowhere came this (im assuming supervisor?) that said "what happened with the beers? I checked the keg its fine." with a super rude attitude. It was so awkward my whole friend group talked about it afterwards. Additionally, I don't think I have ever had the same server/bartender twice. The turnover rate is likely very high. This place has so much potential. I really wish the owners took its management seriously and hired some competent servers. Want to rate it higher.

Sunday thru Thursday their games are half price and if you really want to stretch your buck you order off the eat and play menu. We ordered burgers and chicken sandwich with the $35 game card which then cost us $39 for the meal and the pay card. The human crane was $20 extra to do and it had blow up pool like toys in it. My goddaughter wanted the experience but not the toys she would have rather there be stuffing like Squishmellows, State Fair game type prizes for variety. I agree with the 11yo! BFF and I took our kids here today for their birthdays boys are 25 and girlie is 11 and its a perfect place for mixed age groups. We are around 50 and when the kids played we sat in their comfy chairs at our table. They really have the best seating area. So comfy because they know you're going to be there for a while. We went Sunday at 4pm and by 6 almost all the tables were full. We made reservations which I always recommend! The food was average nothing that stands out. It was good, we weren't expecting anything above what it was. The deserts were delish i have a horrible sweet tooth as does my bff and we enjoyed our cake and brownie deserts. They are generous portions so we split it between 4 of us and baby girl had a strawberry milkshake. All was enjoyed. The lost star was for the drinks. For the cost we expected to taste and later feel some effects of having alcohol especially after 3 drinks ea. Nope. So we know for next time drinks elsewhere as there's plenty of options around the area. While we where there we had 2 servers, shift change, they were very attentive nice and got everything right.

It's cool place to run into and meet people you probably never would be otherwise who likely play the same stuff as you. There's snacks for purchase inside, a subway in the other part of the building, a convenient store that has everything on the other side.. so really there is everything you could ever need. Understandably they're there to keep everyone within their designated ~42 inch square but realistically there's no way to aim here, you will absolutely smack your mouse into the bumper if your normal sens exceeds 15cm/180. That math might sound kinda funky but they have a full 100% keyboard with a numpad, so you lose all that space in practice unless you curl up in a wildly unnatural position and rest the keyboard on the plastic bumpers but nothing I did even remotely made this place comfortable. It's as if they've never had anyone play a shooter here, or everyone who ever has had an eDPi of 12000 or higher. They aren't really equipped for MMOs either, every mouse in sight was a Razer Deathadder Essential, no Nagas or Scimitars or even a knockoff 12 button, so unless you're clicking your buttons or reaching to the = key naturally on a full sized keyboard you're crippled. I picked up a 5 hour session off the rip because my buddies in town and I only have one PC in my place, I couldn't even survive 30 minutes here before just giving up and deciding to watch him play, but even a guy who never gets to play, who really wants to play, couldn't survive more than an hour and a half of his five hours. Side note, we pushed in our chair to make space to walk through the aisle and the light rattle of the desk sent a PC for a whole bootloop back to BIOS. If you aren't desperate it's something, but don't come here for Overwatch or Valorant or CSGO or really any shooter.

It was so busy around noon, but it was also Good Friday so a lot of people didn't have work or school. Fortunately, we were able to book a tee time. We chose 18-holes which was two 9-hole games, on different courses. Game one was on the first level. It was actually so much fun. I loved the setup - you can see your group's info on the TV screen each time you move to the next hole. Your golf balls are tracked, so it can keep score for you. Our second game was upstairs where there was a big party finishing up ahead of us. That did slow things down a bit, but understandably. Our favorite part of each round was trivia, where you aim the golf ball into either the true or false slot to answer the question on the TV screen. Service was great - both guys that checked us in for each game were very helpful. Also, someone ahead of us had an issue with their golf ball not registering any movements, but a staff member quickly replaced it with a new ball. The staff member who oversees each course can also put in drink orders for you. That's convenient, but we didn't order anything. The game moves pretty quickly anyway. My husband told her we wanted the $45 coin pack and split that between 4 D&B cards with 68 coins in each card bc we knew they wouldn't want to be there that long and ordered food. She forgot to get our cards and we didn't see it for awhile. My husband had to remind her and she was like "oh let me go get them". Then she never brought our napkins and silverware we asked twice and she never brought them, we had to get them from the bar. Towards the end of AFTER everything happening is when she was more attentive. Again, she is very nice! Instead of splitting between the 4 cards which we've done many times before (regardless of what the manager said) they charged us the 4 player pack making it about $150 when my husband went to see how much the cards had left we saw it had over 330 coins and he said it should be way less, that's when we learned what happened, the waitress admitted that it was her mistake she thought he said the player 4 pack deal. She got her manager and they said there was nothing they could do bc they used the cards even though 2 cards had 330 left. One card never even had that much. We explained we wanted the $45 deal split between 4 cards and the manager said they don't do that BUT THEY DO AT OTHER LOCATIONS. Even if they didn't do this, the server should have said at the beginning we don't do that AND WE WOULD HAVE PICKED ANOTHER OPTION, for the coins. The bill ended up being $325 with drinks and food. We were expecting to spend $150ish but the player pack being $150 was not what we had in mind. We had no choice but to pay it all and didn't want to be those "Karen's" because we aren't those people, causing a scene. We didn't want to keep talking about it, and going around and around with the manager. So we paid it and left! The waitress kept apologizing saying she misunderstood but in the end there is nothing they would do. I think they said they could take $15 off of one card but what's the point? It didn't make a difference. I told my husband maybe he shouldn't have even said the word "player" it may be confusing, but he did tell her he wanted the $45 coin pack option and split those to 4 cards and again even mentioning so the cards will have 68 coins. When I sent a group chat to a group of friends, who we all go to D&B to hang they said the queen creek one was the worst one, which is why we as a group never went. I've been new to AZ for 2 years now, but live in queen creek so that is why I took my family to this one. NOW we know NOT to go to this location. I want to add the food and drinks were very good at this location too.
