Michael Dwyer was our rep. The cleaners were okay at best, often missing crucial tasks for the job. They often would forget to come or send another cleaner who didn't know the routine. Then they just stopped coming all together. I currently have paid out $750 for services that never happened. Contacted Michael Dwyer several times to try to discuss and he has not responded. Would steer clear of this company. It sounded like other clients were equally as unhappy. read more

I am not happy with the way Image One cleaning crew has been cleaning our office. We paid for a Impact cleaning and they didn't do great job. I have to tell them over and over again about things they are missing (top of soap dispenser, clean up behind the trash cans, clean the window sills ect. It has come to the point I cancelled the service. I emailed them to ask for the key on Friday and they didn't. So I emailed again on Monday, they told me they would drop it off but didn't. So not only didn't they drop the key off on Monday, they didn't even show up to clean. I need the key to pass it over to the new cleaning crew. But I haven't gotten a response from them. Very sad way to begin and end service. read more

The Frankfort Public Library District has contracted with Image One for cleaning services in Dec. 2018 We are absolutely delighted with the thoroughness of the company's recruitment of a team to clean our facility and with the excellent attention to detail that team is providing. Our facility has been neglected by our former service because of budget constraints and the improvement offered by the Image One team has been dramatic! They provided a reasonably priced deep clean on the first weekend after starting which removed all of the dirt and stains that had been neglected for the past months. I hired Image One 6 weeks ago with the understanding they would clean on Fridays at 7am. They were suppose to start on 11/2. at 4pm on 11/1 I received a call saying they had no one to do the cleaning. They asked to begin the following week. Yesterday they dropped off al the cleaning items so they could do the cleaning today. They asked if they could come at 7:30 with I said would be okay. They showed up at 8:20 with no apology and no explanation. I emailed the salesman, and supervisors and said that I wanted to cancel the contract. No one even called. Image one beats out all others in our book. We have had numerous problems in the past with cleaning vendors,-no shows, and sub-par cleaning methods top the list. This company is always there, on time and ready to do their job, to the highest degree. Working with image one management was a pleasure from start to finish.
