I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. My sister went to…read moreBrowBar and the experience was beyond disappointing. Instead of enhancing her natural brows, they completely botched them imagine two bricks slapped on her face. That's how bad it was. The shape was unnatural, the thickness was way off, and it looked like no effort was made to match her face or original brow shape. She left the salon embarrassed and upset -- which no one should feel after paying for a beauty service. Definitely would not recommend.we'll be going elsewhere for a proper correction.

Nikki at the front desk is just honestly the best. She's always been helpful when my hectic work schedule forces me to reschedule over the phone and I've had endless great conversations with her before and after my appointments. She's very customer focused and just an all around wonderful human being. As I mentioned before, Raven has been doing my lashes since Jan 2018, and I would be lost if she ever left Lure Lash. She's always been quick and gentle when it comes to application, which is huge since I've sat at other places for what seems like forever by someone yanking my lashes (~SOBS~). Raven is great at accommodating what you want while you're there. If you're exhausted and need to relax in the quiet, she'll let you. If you want to talk about the latest movie or Netflix show, this girl's got you. And any ladies and gents out there who are huge Harry Potter fans, I've had ENDLESS, amazing Harry Potter fan-theory talks with Raven. Raven books up fast so be sure to get your appointment in the system early! So I guess what I'm saying is Nikki and Raven are the dream team. I hope everyone gets the chance to have the same experiences that I get ever 2 weeks when I go in!

The girl I went to today, left a TON of glue in my lashes after the lift and my eye lashes don't look all that lifted. I don't know how this was an acceptable service. Not sure I will ever come back, the services are too iffy.

I got a partial balayage with Olaplex treatment, haircut, and blow dry. Rachael was my hair stylist for my appointment and I'm so glad I got her. The balayage she did was beautiful. She did it with the exact color I wanted and my hair after the treatment felt so soft and healthy. The people who work here are so nice and funny, we were talking about the most random things and I was laughing so much. They also offered me coffee and snacks which I really appreciated! The salon is always clean and due to the staff, the environment is always friendly. I'm definitely going to book with Rachael again when I need to get my balayage redone :)

I would get comments on my hair that were along the lines of "you have such beautiful hair if you would just do something with it". I tried for years to do something with my hair with little success. When my "eh" stylist moved to a pricey salon, I decided to try out Gina who had been cutting my sons' hair. OMG! Gina gave me a stylish bob with beautiful layers in the back. I got so many compliments on my hair that I walked around with Gina's business card to hand out. Since then, Gina has also seen me through adventures with color including highlights, a blue streak, and a short stint of letting my gray grow out. Other ladies in salon are talented as well. Joy and Jen have done my hair beautifully when Gina has not been beautiful. And Kristen does a beautiful manicure that lasts. Love this salon.

The brow threader did precisely what I asked for. It was quick and painless. Word of advice about threading: Not all threaders are the same. Before you sit in their chair, take a little time to observe them and explain what you want in a very uncomplicated way. This should give a better result. :)
