I emailed him that afternoon to ask him about the resolution of the photo and how it looked, he tells me (on email, in writing) "it its good" and that I need to fill out the invoice (pay his bill) and he will ship. The next day I call....after he has my money he tells me the photo is NOT printed, it will take AT LEAST 4 days to complete the order before he ships, etc. And a complete wise ass about it as well. This guys customer service and overall approach was complete trash. It is not hard to do much better for this type of service.

Third month into it he refused to have me have MY BUSINESS log in info for google adwords and of course I stopped doing business with him. Third month and ten days into our marketing agreement I made him stop to continue to do any work and asked him to provide me with all reports where I can see where my money was going. He got so upset and nervous that he ended up deleting my account in the middle of my adwords campaign. I gave him $1500 for SEO and $1500 for Adwords each month. So when I became suspicious he just decided to keep my money and came up with all excuses not to refund my money. He claimed that breach of contract was $750. The contract didn't have any early termination fee, even if it did, $750 is probably illegal to change for termination fee, but my bank will handle this soon. Be very careful about this guy! He pretends that he has a company but he outsources all the work and you will not get what he promises. Now my website has major issues and he claims that once he gave me log in info he is not responsible for any issues. Who does that? So you have two choices, you either have website and no log ins or once he gives you that info, he will not fix any mistakes since that is now your problem. This guy will hurt your business in the long run. Hire people with at least 10 five star reviews, there is a reason why this guy doesnt have any and I was lurked in to trust him and was taken advantage of with in months. Update: This is what I have received from Hector when I asked him to provide me with log in credentials for my website: 1.You can actually go a FUCK YOURSELF you fucking Moron! 2. You need to understand that you are dealing with Marketing Companies which can elevate your company... BUT CAN ALSO BURY IT! 3. Oh, and your Boma Login information YOU ALREADY HAVE ITt... IT'S THE SAME AS THE URBAN'S LOGIN INFO, YOU ABSOLUTE IDIOT! 4. You want war? YOU'LL FUCKING HAVE IT! After I wrote my review all of sudden he had someone write fake reviews for his business just like he offered my business to hire people to write fake reviews which I of course refused. Obviously this can vary project to project, but they've never not been able to satisfy a last minute turn around time (at least for me) They have great variety options when it comes to paper type or quality to fit your needs whatever they may be. This seems like a dramatic paid for review. But sometimes you find a business that is just unlike any other in the industry and they deserve a round of applause for quality of service and professionalism.
