We stopped working with them and they told us we had a credit for certain hours to be used when our new website was done. We asked for a refund instead and they told us no. When the new site was done, we asked them to work on it for SEO and at least try and get something from the $6300 we had paid. I was coordinating with one of their tech guys (Ralph) who explained what they planned to do with the remaining hours we had as a credit (again, all of this documented in email). I researched what they planned on doing and I learned that what they planned to do was effective years ago, but no longer effective. I asked them why they were using those methods in an email and I was told that is their method and that if I had further questions to reach out to his supervisor (Josepf). Josepf ignored my emails for about three weeks, and then finally wrote back with an email that skirted the main issue and did not address my concerns. I persisted in trying to get a solution worked out or a refund of the money we had paid, and was ignored again. I recently reached out to the owner of the company and sent him a detailed list of every correspondence between me and his employees. He (Rick) basically told me that the emails I sent were too long to read, and that he has his own email proof of how things went down and that there was nothing else they were going to do and he doesn't see what they did wrong. I wrote back and said that I'd sent him ALL the email correspondence and was shocked at his attitude towards the matter given that I too am a business owner and would have handled things in a different matter if I'd learned my employees had wronged a customer. They they actually did harm to our site in recommending certain things to put as the focus for our homepage which we later learned had nothing to do with SEO (putting pictures of our service as the main focus for example). We had to pay a lot of money to a designer and programmer to put our site together, and now have to pay just as much to change it completely around now that we now what actually DOES help with SEO.

I needed a website for a new business I was starting. I had already looked into WIXX they seemed…read morepretty reasonable. Not knowing anything about websites I clicked on "Hire A Professional" . I was directed to PIMM USA. I called and the Salesman told me all the wonderful things they were going to do for me. I would have a strong presence on Facebook. The would handle all of the SEO work. So I could be found by anyone on the internet. So I went for it for $300. Per Month. Within a couple of weeks I new it was a mistake. Nothing was happening, so I called Ryan Patterson to express my dissatisfaction. He said he would look into it for me. A week later, still with no website, I called back to say a I made a mistake and wanted to withdraw from the contract. That is when he told me I was basically stuck with them. The don't let people out of contracts. The salesman, Adam Levine, like most salesman who have lied to you, never answered his phone or responded to emails from me again. He did what he got paid for. I decided , since they were going to bleed the money out of me anyway, I'd try to get something out of it. I didn't. They eventually got the site "finished" . Again in texting with Ryan Patterson, He said that PIMM USA would handle all the SEO work which is the most important part of having a website. I still have the texts. They didn't. After 10 months and $3000. , not one single person found my website. NOT ONE. They also made a FB page with just as many visitors. Today I had another company look at the site. They told me all of the many thing that had to be fixed with my site, before any SEO would even help, because the site was built wrong from the beginning.
