I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house... I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. Or online, which we now use for reorders. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. The young lady that helped me on the phone was super nice and answered my questions easily and respectfully (some places tend to be rude and dismissive. They have no desire to help nor answer questions) But once I got there a gentleman helped me out even though it was pretty busy, so I appreciate him making space for me. Super quick and super easy. My only regret was not getting both their names to give them their credit. Either way, I'll be coming here from now on.
