Hannah sold us the vector file for the custom logo/crest design she created for us to use on those other items as we wished. She's not only very creatively talented, she's also great at listening to the needs and wants of a client as well as reading people to offer her own suggestions to make the finished work that much more special. She's warm, detail-oriented and great at communication. For custom work, we were very happy with the overall value we received relative to how talented she is. The design, color scheme, creamy and substantial paper, letter pressing...all beautiful and cohesive. You're dealing with the same guys every time, instead of a different manager every week (let alone employee) because working for Fed Ex is probably awful. So now I go past the Fed Ex shop on my corner, and walk an extra 10 minutes because I'd rather deal with nice, efficient, actual people that don't seem to hate me. Sure, there's a wait sometimes because this is Brooklyn, and I'm not the only person in the neighborhood that's figured out (A) Brooklyn Postal Center is a good spot and (B) shopping local is better for everyone.
