The company starts by telling you they are the best and can do anything, once you sign the contract…read moreyou get put on the back burner till they find time and then they rush it and don't even qualify xo tell their product so you have to do that for them. Furthermore they basically sell you a shell design for $25k and that includes nothing more than a template and adding your logo and a color scheme... then they ask for 12k to add email marketing and start one month of seo... the owner is short tempered and angry, as shown in his emails, he doesn't care about long term relationships with clients he is just there to grab the dough and close out the file as he calls it. He doesn't care if your site is good or bad, doesn't care if it ever gets launched or you make any money. It's all about him and his business cause he's the ceo and he rather pass you off after especially if you don't give him another 12k a month. How can a company think a business that hasn't sold one item can pay him 12k a month before the site is launched and before the site even works... he wants to charge you and he is happy to do so, but why would you email market a site that is so unfriendly to users and why would you pay for advertising to get visitors when the site won't close any sales due to its usability and functionality? I was hoping they actually did care about the site and the final product and that they would be a good company and have the site ready to launch and want you to succeed. I would recommend not to use this company and I will post further reviews to detail the communication from the owner and the trail and timeline of product from start to final bill and the fact that the site has functionality issues that I would have to address if I go forward..

When shopping for web designers I was operating under the following criteria:…read more-Quality of work -Affordable -Quick production QUALITY OF WORK Look at her portfolio - nuff said. AFFORDABLE: Clare was amenable to working within a tight project budget. Unlike the traditional web design company, Clare does not pay unnecessary overhead. She doesn't have a design team, PR team and a fancy coffee machine - that you are paying for, but not necessarily drinking. QUICK PRODUCTION: Clare's competition was quoting anywhere between 3 and 6 months for the type of website I wanted. Clare quoted me 6 weeks... we were done in 7. MORE THAN TANGIBLES....... It is so important to work with good people that you get along with. Clare is such an agreeable and magnetic person to be around. It really made the experience enjoyable and pleasant. Your web designer is an extension of yourself and your brand. Clare was like a magic wand. Take a look at our website... you wouldn't believe that she is allergic to sugar (we sell drinks with sugar lol) She is organized and patient ORGANIZED: Clare in a really, really, really good note taker and very organized. I was often astonished that she was able keep everything straight. She set and met deadlines. PATIENT: I am a driver. I am time oriented and like things the way I like them. I would like to say that I knew what I wanted to accomplish from the start, but I had no idea. My vision for this project was spun on its head several times. When I say I like things the way I like them, this is what I mean. Clare gave me access to the back end of the website, so I could see her progression in real time. Throughout the seven weeks (consultation meeting to project completion) Clare and I exchanged easily more than a 100 emails. A typical email string between Clare and I would go something like this: ----------------------------------- Clare, I'm looking at the website, looks great, but can we change: X Y Z Oh almost forgot this... ------------------------------------- (2 hours to 12 hours later) -------------------------------------- Sander, I have changed x to z. I was also thinking that we could do this, this and this... ------------------------------------------------- Typically these emails would be followed by a phone conversation. Clare was always available. Over the course the project we might have spent over 20 hours discussing the minutia of spacing and consumer psychology as it relates to the hues of navy blues. Clare is AMAZING!!
