I needed a website for a new business I was starting. I had already looked into WIXX they seemed pretty reasonable. Not knowing anything about websites I clicked on "Hire A Professional" . I was directed to PIMM USA. I called and the Salesman told me all the wonderful things they were going to do for me. I would have a strong presence on Facebook. The would handle all of the SEO work. So I could be found by anyone on the internet. So I went for it for $300. Per Month. Within a couple of weeks I new it was a mistake. Nothing was happening, so I called Ryan Patterson to express my dissatisfaction. He said he would look into it for me. A week later, still with no website, I called back to say a I made a mistake and wanted to withdraw from the contract. That is when he told me I was basically stuck with them. The don't let people out of contracts. The salesman, Adam Levine, like most salesman who have lied to you, never answered his phone or responded to emails from me again. He did what he got paid for. I decided , since they were going to bleed the money out of me anyway, I'd try to get something out of it. I didn't. They eventually got the site "finished" . Again in texting with Ryan Patterson, He said that PIMM USA would handle all the SEO work which is the most important part of having a website. I still have the texts. They didn't. After 10 months and $3000. , not one single person found my website. NOT ONE. They also made a FB page with just as many visitors. Today I had another company look at the site. They told me all of the many thing that had to be fixed with my site, before any SEO would even help, because the site was built wrong from the beginning. I spoke to an attorney who advised me to simply ask for my money back, before going through the legal system. I'm waiting for them to call me back now. Oh and the did let me out of the contract after 10 months, but only if I would remove another review I left of them. read more

After my MacBook bricked and would not turn back on, I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. After…read moreweeks of delays and false promises, UBreakIFix told me that the logic board was damaged and as a result, I would need to pay for a replacement logic board, screen, and keyboard. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable. So, after doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. So, after searching for local specialists, I found ThinqMac. My first conversation with one of their employees immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. The gentleman corroborated a lot of the information I had found out through my own research. The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. In the end, after being told by UBreakIFix and Apple that my data was unrecoverable and my computer would never turn on again, the folks at ThinqMac proved them wrong. My computer has been as good as new for the last 4 months and I was able to recover my data. Don't waste your time anywhere else, the folks at ThinqMac know what they are doing. Thank you again!

If they had asked me, I would have asked for my phone back and gone for yet another opinion before eliminating my phone or turning it over to some stranger, and not knowing if what was said was true.
