We had an awful experience with MSCO. It all started well but after a while we realized we were not receiving anywhere near the results that we were promised. Because of this lack of business we fell behind in our payments with them (which are very expensive). Instead of understanding that we wanted to pay but were unable to because they were not getting us enough business, they are threatening to sue us. We are a new company trying to grow and we were attracted to the ads that MSCO puts out about how they start and grow many small businesses. The absolute worst people you could deal with. If you are even remotely thinking of engaging in business with these people get a good lawyer to add specific language to your contract, including time frames in which work is to be provided and exact details on what is expected of them. With my llc they promised a website landing page and marketing plan within a few weeks so we could engage in some "targeted advertising". Well, 10 weeks into a 12 week contract they had not shown work product... then in the last week they asked for more money before we were able to get a final plan and site. We agreed to have a conference call in hopes of them fixing it and were hung up on in less than 90 seconds! Be aware web.com and godaddy will build a website for free. For the $7,500.00 we gave them we received nothing usable and only when we had a lawyer write a letter asking for return of funds did they offer to correct their work. Save yourself the aggravation...use a web builder site that charges about $100 or less. In my opinion Mark Stevens is nothing but an arrogant confidence man that will bilk you if you allow him. I made a huge mistake and learned a very expensive lesson. They will hide behind the law rather than standing beside their work if you allow them. I should have given the money to St. Jude children's hospital or the SPCA instead! Zero stars if allowed!!! If anyone takes the time to read my review and the other negative reviews you will notice a theme. I am sure if others that were bilked by MSCO took the time to write a review here the stories would be very similar. MSCO and Mr. Stevens seem to have taken more time writing the comment below my review than they did working on helping my business. I would ask Mr. Stevens why no comment on my suggestion to others about adding specific language to the contract if they decide to use his firms services? Why does MSCO have a "no refund" clause in the contract? Why was web.com able to build a great looking 4 page website for free and only charge $114 per month to host it and you charge up to $10,000.00 and leave customers unhappy? In my dealings with MSCO I along with everyone at my firm conducted ourselves with the highest degree of honor as we do with all people we deal with. Final thought.... This was the absolute worst business decision our young company made. They promised us the moon and the starts and delivered nothing. They are complete scam artists. They spent possibly one to two hours on our product. What they presented was completely amateurish and quite frankly embarrassing. It was something you would expect from high school kids. We paid $10,000 up front and got less that $2 in return. They even had the audacity to ask for more money before they even started to do any real work. They are scam artists and an absolute disgrace.
