For instance, we never said or hinted at leaving a review (much less a "false" one) if we didn't get December services for free, this is categorically false. Lior has the video recording of our conversation, if we said that its on video. Lior would never be able to prove we said this because it's just a straight out lie. We also made sure all invoices were paid before we cancelled the service. I don't want to put too much into this response, but just look at the owner's unprofessional and toxic behavior in his response including attempt doxxing and trying defame my name with a completely unrelated situation. I've never had to deal with this level of unhinged abusive behavior over a single negative review, His behavior speaks for itself. If you're considering his service, please beware of the risks and learn from my experience. Trust me when I say you don't want this drama. There are way better service providers out there for ad management (if you need a recommendation feel free to pm me.) Edit: Lior has been continuing to stalk and harass me about this review at odd hours of the night, truly disturbing.

I didn't know where and how to begin looking for a trust worthy company to hire for the job. I have had a bad experience building the current site and didn't want to repeat the same mistakes that led me to ultimately building a site I was not satisfied with. I was so frustrated so I put the project on hold until I got a call from Amy, the owner of TAG Online. She came over to my office, presented references, sample web sites, time lines, price considerations all of which put me at ease and made it sound easy, affordable and quick. The second meeting was even better because she came with Greg, the actual technician who worked on this project, so there would be as direct line of communication between us as possible. The story began a few years ago when we decided to update our very old website. A family member kept telling me I should hire a high school kid to do the work and save myself the money. We ended up hiring the son of a friend & paying for a website that was OK. We didn't know how to manage it nor update it. We ended up getting hacked because of the old plug-ins or something. I called TAG and spoke with owner Amy. Gave me a few options on how to do things. We discussed a schedule for the work and even worked with me on payments. The initial draft was very good. They even put up a temp page to replace the old hacked website just to get by till the final website was ready. Worked with the TAG team on the changes and couldn't be happier ever since. Always a great experience
