At the time we met with Andrew and Amanda, all we had was a name, logo and a Dream. They helped build, what is today, a fabulous, multi-media storefront for our family business. From mock up ideas, to creating the site, to giving our photographer product photo specifications, to populating each visual component, they were there holding our hands. The website looks amazing! Equally as important is its functionality, and that's where they shine even more. Our family business is our first entre into the e-commerce world so we knew nothing about Word Press, Woo, Authorize.net, Shipstation, shipping options, stamps.com; we were clueless. Amanda worked tirelessly with our IT consultant, and made everything work perfectly. What's even more helpful is that when a problem arises, she is ALWAYS available to help us troubleshoot. The Team at Maxburst are an extension of our family. We're not sure what we'd do without them. They turned our dream into a reality, and we hope to go onward and upward with them to make Tallorder.com the successful business that we expect it to be!

For instance, we never said or hinted at leaving a review (much less a "false" one) if we didn't get December services for free, this is categorically false. Lior has the video recording of our conversation, if we said that its on video. Lior would never be able to prove we said this because it's just a straight out lie. We also made sure all invoices were paid before we cancelled the service. I don't want to put too much into this response, but just look at the owner's unprofessional and toxic behavior in his response including attempt doxxing and trying defame my name with a completely unrelated situation. I've never had to deal with this level of unhinged abusive behavior over a single negative review, His behavior speaks for itself. If you're considering his service, please beware of the risks and learn from my experience. Trust me when I say you don't want this drama. There are way better service providers out there for ad management (if you need a recommendation feel free to pm me.) Edit: Lior has been continuing to stalk and harass me about this review at odd hours of the night, truly disturbing.

When we started the project, he took the time to precisely dissect not only what we were looking for aesthetically, but also what we "needed" on the practical side--all while staying within our budget. Their communication is beyond excellent and Derek is just a pleasure to speak with. We spoke on a scheduled weekly basis, and I can't tell you how important those calls are to stay on-target. I've worked with other non-local developers in the past and it was a nightmare (between communication issues, false promises, poor design, etc.). My goal was to go local with this project and TopNotch has been a dream. I also like the fact that he's not a "yes man". He actually listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions accordingly. Our conversations are always constructive and collaborative. I feel like we're a team, not that I'm just paying someone to make my website. I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat if I were to do it all over. They've gone above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. In fact, we have several more projects we're looking to tackle within the next year or so, and plan on using TopNotch Dezigns. I'm so excited our vision has come to life for our website, but at the same time also sad that our weekly calls with Derek have come to an end. I felt he's become both a colleague and friend.
