Before going to the store, I called about a color-printing project involving images that needed to fit a printed template. I was directed to email the images to the store (store4461@theupsstore.com). Over the phone, Yi, the manager, was extremely helpful & assured me they could accommodate what I needed. He asked me to send the images in advance so he could print a test page first. When I arrived, that is exactly what he did, making sure everything fit the template properly before completing the job. The finished color printing came out fantastic. Throughout the entire process, Yi was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. On previous visits, I have found the staff to be equally courteous and helpful, including when I had a document notarized there. I highly recommend this UPS Store without hesitation. Whether you need quality printing, notarization, or other business services, this is a location you can rely on for professional, attentive service and excellent results. The customer service agents are incredibly impatient and lack empathy. I am temporarily disabled and using a walker and was struggling to get the box to his counter while maintaining my balance, he kept rushing me.
