My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.
