The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.

I was able to make a same day appointment which I loved. This place was recommended by a friend although she got her tints done at the Astoria location, this location did not disappoint. I paid almost $700 after tax for ceramic all around. Sam helped me out, I got all around tints on my suv and it took a little under an hour. I love that they stand by their work and have a lifetime warranty. I still need to let the work dry for a little while longer but so far I'm very very satisfied with the work done. They have a small seating area where you can wait for your car. They also put a bright tape on all the window buttons to remind you not to mess with the windows until everything is dry.

I was tired of awkwardly avoiding eye contact in my fishbowl of a car after I'd cut someone off and they'd pull up next to me at the red light so I went in to Illmatic to get a full tint job - 20% around and 35% on the windshield. They seem to run a good shop, which is probably why its filled with expensive cars every time I visited. I had got a few quotes for PPF and felt that the price here was quite reasonable. Only complaint was that the car took forever to get PPF'd. I did drop it there straight from buying it at the dealership, and they did mention that they'd only be able to start the following week. But it still took about 3 weeks after that to turn around, which was longer than the 2 weeks that I was initially quoted. I'm a bit surprised by that given other reviews are mentioning their cars were done quicker. In any case, I would rather they take their time and do a good job rather than rushing. I would bring my Cayman here to get PPF'd now, but I already have a bunch of chips. If I ever get another sports car I will likely bring it here.
