I was looking for a place to purchase nursing shoes so Google and Yelp showed me this place. I actually walked in past the business hours so thank god, the owner Eugene didn't kick me out. I got to tried 2 pairs of nursing shoes and bought the pair I liked. I wish I spent more time to try on scrubs. My school offered me 2 sets of free scrubs which were baggy. I was hoping to try small size for the top and the bottom. I didn't have the time to do it, however there was matching colored scrubs that I needed. Eugene was very helpful. He's been in the business for more than 30 years. His dog Cusco was so cute. I had a great shopping experience here and enjoyed speaking to him in Korean. He gave me a discounted deal for my nursing shoes. I'll shop here next time if I need an extra set of scrubs. read more

Great place for purchasing nursing scrubs. The owner operator is very friendly and helpful. I tried on many different brands and she was ready with another for me to try on as I finished with each set. I am posting this as a caution to others to be mindful of their refund policy. There are no refunds, only exchanges. That is for full price items. It does not apply to discounted items. I learned this the hard way when I returned an unused item. Rather than a refund, the owner gave me store credit, which expires in 90 days. Because it was my first time shopping there the owner extended it to 120 days. He seemed to think that he was giving me a break. But the practice seemed exceptional to me. I had never encountered store credit with an expiry date before, and such a short one too. read more

This has to be the worse customer service ever! Two of my co-worker and I went here to look for scrubs to have the girl not helpful at all, she told us the color or our sizes are not available. She didn't even offer to order them in or anything. Two days later we called to see what sizes they had, to our surprise this person on the phone said we have all sizes. One of us went to get sized so we can start our 30 sets purchase. They said we were not able to try them on. Only could buy them and then try on. Then both staff members ganged up on her. (anti bullying day come on). Once the manager was contacted her response was, "we get 300 people who come in a day and go buy online. We are cheapiest" This is a load of crap. You are better off to buy online then betreated like this. (we actually paid less the half the price we would have here) I can't believe they are still running a business. Please be aware. Recently I went to Image Care to purchase a new pair of scrubs. They didn't have my size as their inventory was low & I rushed into buying scrubs I wasn't happy with. On the day of the purchase, the two owners (the husband & wife) were VERY friendly. Even too friendly such that the man allowed himself to come over at one point & put his arm around me & squeeze. I felt very violated & did not know what to do at that moment. I remembered how every time I even went to their old store, this man made me feel so uncomfortable by constantly coming near me & not letting me look by myself. When I purchased by first scrubs from them, the change rooms didn't have mirrors & I had to step outside, & this man would have something to comment on how the scrubs looked on me. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Fast forward to 3 days ago when he allowed himself to put his arm around my shoulder. I was in shock & turned to his wife but she was too busy ringing up my purchase. I felt disgusted & violated but decided to ignore this. Yesterday, I decided I wanted to speak to the person working about doing a return or exchange for the scrubs I had purchased. I thought that these people were EXTREMELY friendly on Tuesday, so they'd be kind enough to do a return or exchange. But I was wrong. The man was working that day & from the start, he began yelling at me & being rude to me. He kept insisting that sale items cannot be returned even when I explained that they weren't on sale & I had just used my student discount. He DID not want to do a return. I said you guy seemed to have good customer service on Tuesday & I didn't wear these since I haven't gone to work. But the moment I mentioned "customer service", this man lost it more & began yelling at me & saying he doesn't care about customer service. He got 10 times ruder. I said I had the same experience at Scrub Depot & they had amazing customer service & did the return for me. He furiously said they do things differently. After some time on the phone with his wife, he decided to order the scrubs I wanted from White Cross. This man who was seemingly very friendly on Tuesday, was yelling at me & telling me to be quiet while I was just trying to clarify the situation & explain which scrubs he should order. I decided to FaceTime my boyfriend so he sees the way I was being treated. I then became serious & told him to speak to me politely. When I showed him that my boyfriend was hearing all of this, he became a bit more polite & more careful with what he was saying. He later gave me what he calls a "Credit Note" which is the same as store credit from my understanding. He said I have 90 days to use it. He took back my scrubs. I recorded some of the conversation near the end as I felt scared & was worried about my money getting lost with this "Credit Note". I have also filed a report with the police for his disgusting behaviour with getting too close to a female customer & putting his arm around me & squeezing me. This is not acceptable at all for a business owner. I am traumatized by my experience with this business. It seems that they are overly friendly when you are trying to purchase but when you even just ASK about a return or exchange, they get severely heated. I am shocked & have been trying my best to deal with everything that happened. I just could not stop crying after the incident. Before leaving, I asked how much these new scrubs are. He said "Grace" knows (his wife). I asked if he could ask. He said I ask too many questions & that it would be too many phone calls. He ended up calling & told me it would $39.99 & $33.99 plus a couple more dollars. I asked him what he means by "a couple more dollars" & he didn't explain & insisted it was going to be more. I said Scrub Depot had them for that price prior their sale prices! These are also the prices for typical White Cross scrubs at every store! But this man did not explain. I'm going to contact White Cross & confirm this with them as I have a feeling they are going to charge more as it is evident these people are nothing but hungry for money. This is for anyone that is fooled by the number of Google reviews on this place. Please, I beg you to reconsider. This man violated my personal space when his wife was not looking. When I went back to ask KINDLY what this seemingly very kind & friendly man with seemingly good customer service could do, he became angry quickly, yelled at me with impolite remarks such as "be quiet". In addition, he seemed to get even more angry when I mentioned the good customer service I received from Scrub Depot & said that he doesn't care about this. Don't make the same mistake as me. This man said he doesn't care about customer service & so I assume he won't care about this review. But to prevent other customers (especially female customers) from going through what I did, I reported the incident to the police & am writing this review. Please be aware. read more

They were super helpful. I'm assuming I was greeted by the owners today. I explained to her that I had no clue what to look and that it was my first time requiring a pair of scrubs. She showed me all of the different styles, what size I should get, that they also had a 30% off section that I should maybe check out first, and ultimately (after I read the previous review, I didn't think I would ask to try it on) she actually recommended that I try it on before I buy it, as we were unsure if I was a medium or maybe a large size pant based on my waist size. Anyways, I checked the prices of the things I bought online, and it seems that I also got a good deal (being a male, I didn't see many deals anyways). I'm 100% happy with the purchase and would go back there if I required more in the future. Nice and friendly people. They were curious about what I was interested in, where I went to school, etc. Person below maybe caught someone on a bad day. I didn't get the impression that they were snobby or wanted me to buy anything at all. She showed me all of my options and left me alone to decide on my own what I wanted to purchase. 5/5 read more

I come here often with my mom all the time to buy scrubs for our employees. The woman who works there is very kind and nice, we absolutely love her. However, today we encountered a male employee who was extremely rude and mean. He wouldn't allow us to exchange scrubs (we just wanted a different size) even though they were never worn and the tags were completely on. He gave us a 15 min lecture on how we're lying and that there are a few pieces of lint on clothing which apparently means they were worn. We showed him that many items in his store also have lint on them. He denied to be helpful and said he is 'the owner' of the store. Later on in conversation he said he has to report to the owner of the store. Obviously he was lying then. It was a terrible experience and we felt extremely insulted with his tone and attitude. He kept us waiting a long time while doing other things on purpose to make us uncomfortable and leave. We stayed and eventually he exchanged the sizes. Really bad experience. I hope they give him some lesson on customer services. read more

I heard they had changed business owners from a friend and went down to try them out. They do have a pretty wide selection ranging from more cheaper prices to expensive but quality brands. After spending so much time trying things on, I gotta say that the woman who helped me was so nice and patient with me! Buyer BEWARE!!! Please do not buy from this company! They have the worst customer service I've seen in a very long time and will not return any faulty products after being worn and washed only twice! The manager laughed at us and said she knows it was washed more than twice. Look for more details on the UBC and VGH message boards. Shopping for scrub sets--not my favorite activity--but the helpful sales staff at Image Care Uniforms made it easy and pleasant! The shop is packed with lots of styles and colors and brands. They helped by suggesting styles, made sure I tried them on, hunted in the store room for the elusive color I wanted. I was really pleased with the selection I got there.
