Customer service here is impeccable! What is it with the negative reviews??? Staff takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain things carefully even during crazy peak seasons. The ladies that help with the uniform were really patient and understanding when my kiddos refused to try a shirt for the 10th time. The admin staff are equally as kind and friendly, and also very efficient when it comes to performing complicated orders and transactions. They listen to the customer attentively and always make me feel like I'm the only client at the store! They go the extra mile to ensure I'm happy with my purchase and even give me incentive to come back! Last week, I mentioned I was moving and needed boxes, and I left the store with a dozen brand new boxes with lids and all (and not the ugly costco types of boxes)! Yes, the uniforms aren't "cheap", but that's cause we're used to buying t-shirts from Walmart for $2 and we expect everyone to offer us the same deal. Smaller stores usually have to charge more in order to be able to keep afloat. Plus, the quality of the uniforms is good! The hoody, sweatpants, polo and sweater seems to be lasting (thought it's only been 3 months of school). I don't mind paying a little extra money for smaller stores that work hard at making clients happy. I will definitely recommend this store to others. read more

Customer service is really bad and I ordered two jackets for my son school. They told me it well take four weeks Maxim and it's been seven weeks I didn't got it and I contacted customer service they told me that still your order is not ready and it's not clear it will take how long. it's better to order the product from China. They will send you in 10 to 15 days, but not from his place they're management is really bad. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They provide school uniforms...it's not rocket science to expect for them to have school uniforms available. If you visit the store, service wait times are long. It's not difficult to find the school, and the article I'm looking for. I don't need a personal shopper and it's not like their style consultants. If you call the store, looking for information about your order, they do not call you back, even though the service rep promises they will call you back immediately. The only part of business Neat Uniforms is quick with is to take your money. After that you, you wait....and wait....and wait. I wish, I wish, I wish I could take my business elsewhere but my hands are in handcuffs because the school has a contract with Neat Uniforms. read more

Their website sucks. I can't even view anything before I decide I want to go to the store. You have to register first. Sorry, that's not something I really want and will go somewhere else. You've lost one potential customer read more

The staff was great! I was helped by a younger blonde woman who was knowledgeable ! They were great with COVID methods, I like to quality of our new items and when they didn't have an item, they sent it, free in the mail to my house within 2 weeks! read more

Like a lot of other parents I waited till last minute to buy my son's uniforms. When I arrived to Neat Uniforms there was a line up out the door. From start to finish it took over 2 hours to purchase what I needed. The line ups were massive and I noticed quite a few people being very rude to the staff. Almost blaming them for their wait. I would like to say that the staff were absolutely excellent. Polite, efficient and very helpful. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and positive. Excellent job you guys. Keep up the fantastic work. Jake Gatto read more

The manager Sam was extremely rude while I was shopping for uniforms today. I am searching for a children's uniforms that I could only find at Neat Uniform for adult actors to wear. This makes the fit a little tricky so I needed to measure a few uniforms to ensure I got the right size. Sam told me that I was taking up too much of their time and that they are very busy. I was the only customer in the store at this time. With school being out for the summer I'm very confused what he was so busy with. I have never been treated with such disrespect while shopping for clothes in my entire life. Sam needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. read more

This is a terrible store. Every year they seem surprised that school goes back in September - There are few items on the shelves and never enough staff. Parents who wait until August to shop for uniforms because their kids are growing so fast, learn than half the uniform items are sold out or back-ordered, EVERY YEAR! We're told to come back in September, but when we do we are forced into a queue with 50 other parents just to wait for permission to shop. I feel sorry for their powerless staff. read more

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, this is a company that distributes and sells uniforms. Plus they have to deal with pushy parents that come in and let their kids run around the store while they are trying to work (this is coming from an annoyed parent that was being helped by the staff and we were continuously disrupted by another little kid running in and out of the changing rooms...the staff member had to stop helping us and find this kids parents to make him stop) Although I wish we had a selection of stores to go to, I have had to make due with this one. It gets very crazy and hectic about 3 weeks before school starts, expect long wait times. I took away a star because I came in with my daughter and they were out of stock in her size for a uniform dress (bib). We had 3 weeks before school started however it was going to take 6-8 weeks for our order to come in. I HAD to buy a size smaller than needed just to cover the first month of school. Prices are expensive so I felt like I wasted $70 waiting for the size we needed. read more

It takes so long for your order to be delivered (about 7 weeks and it's just partial). It's hard to contact them to follow up. Last year, we went to their store as early as "first week of July"... our order arrived so late, that is, after seven weeks (just a few days before the start of the school). We called them to follow up, but a lot of times nobody answered the phone. Recently, when they went to our kids' school this May, the email we received from school says they are going to offer rebate/discount. When we paid for our purchase, it's just actually a gift certificate that you can you only use on your next "in-store" purchase (written in a very small print). This is a kind of deceit. Also since they were at school, we thought they brought a few merchandise there for you to take when you buy. Instead they would just ship it to your home 4-6 weeks. Of course, they charged you shipping fee. Also that means, your kid(s) can only use the uniform(s) next school year. More than 3 months after you paid for it. In addition, some of their staff (especially the cashier at school) are not so customer friendly! read more

Having suffered through this barely competent business with another school, I was so disappointed to see that my son's new school uses this company. The name is misleading as the only way these uniforms stay neat is is they are never worn and never washed. The quality of the knit goods is on par with worn out ten year old items purchased at a thrift store. The pants fade quickly, in particular the knees either wear our or show extreme whitening after a very short time. Couple that with unreasonable prices, poor stocking of product, as mentioned by other reviewers and this is a recipe for dissatisfied parents. Do yourself a favor and petition your school to switch to Lands End. Pants purchased there look almost new at the end of the school year and the customer service and deals are way better. read more

Going to request a change for our school uniforms. Horrible service, completely unorganized. Every year people come in herds for just before school shopping and they still can't get their act together, avoid like the plague!!! read more

I had amazing help on this long weekend before school. It was busy and hectic but the staff were all wonderful! IT was my fault for leaving until the last minute and I had such efficient service and recommendations! read more
