On December 16th I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present from the shop Vancouver. A few days…read morelater I got the tracking and said it wasn't being delivered not until the 30th . I emailed the shop inquiring about the shipping due date. I received an email back from the owner . Instead of trying to help me with the situation., he just passed the blame on me and sending me a big copy of their store policy. No help at all, just going out of his way to make you feel stupid. After being treated that way, I ended up giving a little attitude back. The emails became a little intense. He also mentioned the tariff on the item . I reached up to my bank in regards to the tariffs.. I chalked it up to bad customer service and just decided never to shop with them again. I didn't know that this guy would take it to the next level . He went on line to the iron heart social page and accused me of stealing from him . He spreaded lies and got tons of people riled up. I had people messaging me, and my girlfriend harassing us, accusing me of being a thief and accusing her of one also. My girlfriend did nothing wrong, this was a gift for her, and she did not deserve this. I never stolen anything in my life. I have a great reputation with iron heart ,I've never been to the store in Vancouver. The only thing I did was make a mistake. By spending money with that place.. someone that insecure and has no clue about customer service. Should not own retail shop . TJ could've handled this in a total different way.he could've reached out to me first and try to resolve the issue but instead he needed to get a bunch of people involved that has nothing to do with the situation for back up because this man cannot fight battles on his own. Bottom line, this guy has no business owning a store He has no customer service skills and he has a low self-esteem. quit to pass the blame onto others without trying to resolve the situation. To this day, he has his friends and his cronies harassing me and my girlfriend on Facebook.!

On a recent sugar binge at Purebread, I spotted a stylish gent carrying a Frank & Oak brown paper…read moreshopping bag. Fifteen minutes, a few hundred calories, and a quick Yelp search later, I found myself standing inside of their beautiful Gastown store. First, it's hard not to be smitten by the space itself. Wood, brick, and steel seem to be Gastown staples, and this space blends the materials beautifully. At the same time though, cascading wall plants and some strategically placed trees make the space feel cozy. Factor in the ridiculously comfortable sofa near the dressing rooms, and you just might find yourself inquiring about a sublet. As for the main event, the clothing, the styles are mostly classic (with some welcome twists), the fabrics look and feel expensive, and the cuts are on the slimmer side. You can find everything from t-shirts and chinos to formal suits and sneakers (and pretty much everything in between). And the best part - the prices are actually reasonable. I have to give much deserved kudos to the wonderful staff, who made my shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. Their patience and assistance while I seemingly tried on everything in the store was greatly appreciated. One final tidbit, make sure to enroll in their rewards program, which gives you back 4% of your in-store purchase for next-time. The credit never expires, and is stored electronically in their computer system for your convenience.

If you are in their store, it is most likely that you've chexked out their website already. My review is based on the customer service I received at the Gastown location. Me being an old dude, I'm use to shopping at GAP where the staff are smiling and super friendly despite on the stupidity of my questions. In this store, I got a blank look when I asked for helped, as if like a regular dude like me don't have clothing questions. The staff was unsure on what products were in promotion which is fine, if I was in their place I wouldnt remember either. It wasn't all that bad, but I just got a negative vibe from the staff almost as if they were lifeless and annoyed. Essentially, Frank and Oak staff in this store really need to smile and greet customers as if they like being there. No attitudes despite on shitty the day is going. The atmosphere in the place felt very snotty which does not make a good shopping experience. Regardless, I will continue to shop here and continue to ask questions so beware staff I will test your patience. I like their products and their prices are fair. Good day to you all!

It's the time of the year when there are dinner invitations flying at you in all directions,…read moreparties to attend and simply getting together with friends and family. Party dresses are always a must for the female's closet. From that wild pink tutu dress for hanging out with the young crowd to that classy, but attractively understated satin dress for more sophisticated events, I'm sure all the females out there agree with me that two dresses for "the occasion" is a feminine essential. To me, RW & Co. makes the perfect pretty, classy and attractively understated party dress for gals. While it's not in the tutu spectrum of things, it's definitely one for the sophisticated events. Though at original price (usually around or above $50), RW & Co. dresses are in the pricey range for me, I always just walk in and mentally keep in mind on what I want. Then, I wait. Camping quietly and checking up on the prices and sales rack, I wait for the dress I've been eying on to have its price slashed. When that moment it does, I pounce! (Isn't this almost comparable to a National Geographic documentary?) There's always their special "friends and family" discount sale from time to time (usually one per season). Usually the most they give is a 20% off discount...but guess what happened this last Sunday? A 30% off the last ticketed price! And oh what's that? That grey, made in Canada, bubble party dress I've been eying had gone down from $78 to $59. Another 30% off of that? Needless to say, I bought it! And I'm very pleased with its quality and at the price I bought it! Their camis are also very nice in quality, so I grabbed a few to take advantage of the 30% off discount. I've bought some sweaters from them before, and am still loving them! With each of my purchases, they gave me one, small size, reusable, "eco-friendly" bags to put my items in for free, and told me that if I bring the bag back in for my next purchase, I would get $1 off. Not a great deal, but it's nice to know they're encouraging people to use the reusable bags by giving them away with their purchases and a small discount. Since a month ago they've moved diagonally across from where they were once at Metrotown. The new store is much bigger, and much more organized with plenty of space for one to maneuver in. All in all, RW & Co. have some pretty nice styles for both men and women, especially in terms of business wear. Though the original price is a bit much, I'd suggest everyone to wait for those discounts.
