I got to tried 2 pairs of nursing shoes and bought the pair I liked. I wish I spent more time to try on scrubs. My school offered me 2 sets of free scrubs which were baggy. I was hoping to try small size for the top and the bottom. I didn't have the time to do it, however there was matching colored scrubs that I needed. Eugene was very helpful. He's been in the business for more than 30 years. His dog Cusco was so cute. I had a great shopping experience here and enjoyed speaking to him in Korean. He gave me a discounted deal for my nursing shoes. I'll shop here next time if I need an extra set of scrubs.

At first, it seemed minor and I assumed it was normal wear. However, by November 2025, I had to replace the jacket because the zipper failed completely and would no longer zip up. I repurchased the same style because I genuinely liked the jacket. Unfortunately, on just the third wear, I started seeing an excessive amount of feathers all over my clothing. Since then, the feather loss has only gotten worse. To make matters more frustrating, the zipper on this replacement jacket has also failed. Both jackets were purchased intentionally with room to layer underneath, so fit was not an issue. At this point, the jacket is essentially unwearable due to severe down leakage and repeated zipper failure. It's disappointing, but I can now understand why this particular jacket is frequently on sale -- the quality simply isn't there.

When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. Prices seem to be about $35-40 for most items, so more than most thrift stores but less than some other consignment stores.
