I haven't had a custom suit made in many many decades so being picky myself, I was a little anxious about how and where to begin in the process. Adam took care of virtually everything from A-Z....starting with coming to our residence, measuring me up and helping choose the style and materials from a plethora of material and style choices, even down to the personalized inner lining of the jacket and customized logo. The finished product was truly amazing requiring only one final fitting to fine tune the whole ensemble....the result was a true work of art that fit my aged body in such away that I swear it made me look and feel some 40 years younger, from the neck down anyway, lol.... AND the fit was not ony perfect, but surprisingly comfortable on that summer evening..... classy, sleek and ultra contemporary are how I would define this suit.....these guys know their stuff.

I have been using Seville Tailors for more than twenty years. I usually get a suite or a sports…read morecoat every year from him. I couldn't be happier with the work Pat does. The final fitting is always comfortable and true to form, and I choose the a unique fabric from one of fifteen or twenty books of Italian and British fabrics which he is able to source. When I order a suit, it is usually done well ahead of when I might need it, so I have never had a problem with the suit being late. Many of my colleagues, also, use Pat and have been doing so for many years. The only negative comment I might have about Seville Tailors is that they are located in Burnaby, close to Edmunds and Kingsway. I am surprised by some of the earlier comments, because I have been getting suits from Pat for close to a quarter century and they are not indicative of my experiences.

I phoned ahead to confirm Blair Shapera's location and said I would be coming in that day. When I arrived I was told they were down staff and usually work with appointments. This was not mentioned on the phone. However I understand how stuff happens and said I'd return the next day. No harm, no foul, but again, no appointment was required for my dropping by the next day. The next day I did came in and was fitted for a shirt - getting a shirt made is a good way to see how a clothier runs things and the product they produce. I paid, but on the way out Blair explained to me that in the future if I am in the store and someone more important enters then, and I quote: "understand that you will then become invisible to me". What a horrid way to treat people, more so a customer. If I were suddenly made invisible in the middle of a fitting, visit, or appointment because someone better arrived, I would be humiliated, belittled, and likely livid. Fortunately I found out about their attitude toward less-important customers like myself before that situation came to fruition. I wrote them a letter about this experience, explaining how I could not work with a team which would make me a non-person at the opening of a door, and that they could discard the shirt. I don't want a refund, I don't want the shirt. I don't want to do business that would treat me as invisible. Perhaps this is all a massive misunderstanding, but I received no response to my letter. No apology, no clarification, no explanation, nothing. I can only conclude that this truly is how they want to run their business. If you want to go somewhere and risk being treated like a piece of nothing, then this is your place.
