The inside however, was so bad it should be considered fraud for what I was charged. I think someone put some armor all on the dashboard and called it done. There was not even basic vacuuming done or obvious dirty wiped. They were understanding at first and offered me $120 refund which was fine because it covered the inside work that wasn't done and it's a lesson learned. It went from bad to worse when I went to get the refund. Partially my fault, I said I'd come in after my last meeting at 4pm but when I arrived at 4:50pm the manager was gone and nothing could be done for me. After I left and followed up the next morning the manager told me the owner said no refund and to give me a hand written $50 off note to use in the future. I ask if the owner would please call and they never did. Now I can't even reach the place by phone. This was my favorite regular car wash for the last 4 years but now sadly I will have to find somewhere else. Don't waste your money on their detail and look up "Integrity Detail" in Waukesha. It costs more but at least it will get done 100%.
