This place is pact, and with the heat, and first time visiting I was a little lost, but bumped into the regional Manager of ORiley auto parts that supply's parts directed me personally to the office. Walking in it was a relief from the sun and heat ( 100° Milwaukee day). I was tended to right away, put in contact with the mechanics people. Misha, and all the staff were honestly great despite the weather. He was patient and went above and beyond explaining what was wrong with my car, where it was located. And pointed out my battery that needed replacement, since it's the second mechanic to have pointed it out I decided to get it taken care of as well because it was 6 years old. Subarus the engine needs to be lifted to access spark plugs. Obviously I couldn't get serviced for the job same day, but was put in the calendar practically the following day. I was advised to not drive the car all together, but realistically to avoid the highway-that reasonable advice I could listen too. I dropped my car off 8:30 am and to my surprise got a call it was ready for me at 1:30pm, a relief for everything to be taken care of.

When I've asked, they've always spelled out what will be completed per the manufacturer's standards. I've been coming here for several years. Randy and his wife Sarah own and run it. I've taken my BMW's here. They fall out of the manufacturer's maintenance programs based on usually the 3 yrs./36K mi. I found 4 Seasons Auto through a search project for 02 sensors problems on Yelp. I sent an inquiry requesting an inspection along with advice and JJ replied back almost immediately after I sent. I explained the problem and gave all the details. He was able to accommodate me the next day to assess my car. After work, I drove over to have the inspect my vehicle and he gave my car a thorough look over, then provided an explanation with solutions and came up with a (first) cost effective way to correct the problem. He and Clint were very thorough in explaining reasons and causes why the car was acting a fool. Problem one- they fixed. Then, problem two came about. Another trip back, again they explained and were able to fix immediately and even prepared me for a possible worst case scenario knowing that this was an emissions problem. I know he told me to come back after I had driven 80-100 miles but the fact that the engine had not come back on, I was so excited that I went to take an emissions and PASSED!! The service they provided and assurance of solving my issue was of top quality!!! I highly suggest and recommend you visit them for your car needs. Their honesty and knowledge is clearly evident!!! I have been going to Integrity Auto regularly for the last five or six years and I can't speak…read morehighly enough of them! The name Integrity is spot on! I've always wished that I had a mechanic in my family. Someone that you can trust fully. I don't have a mechanic in my family but I do have the team at Integrity Auto! They feel like family and they treat me like family! I'm so glad that I've found a trustworthy and competent mechanic! Let me share one of the many times that made a positive difference. I brought my vehicle in to Integrity for needed maintenance. My car was up on the risers high up in the air and the mechanic walked me around my own car showing me what he found, the good and the not so good. He explained things thoroughly. I felt confident that I was being given accurate information and an accurate assessment. I was clearly shown the difference between a worn brake pad and an unworn brake pad and so forth. Parts had to be ordered. Integrity staff pulled up a website with me discussed options and prices for parts ordering. It was full transparency and open communication. Maybe a light on my dash lights up. Ya know, something that makes you worry that your car has just gone kaput. I pop in to Integrity without an appointment and the staff help me figure out what's going on and fix the issue. Prices here are very reasonable. And customer service is stellar. Every. Single. Time. And with every single employee. Recently, I felt so appreciative of how well I was treated that I had pizzas delivered to the shop for lunch. #BestMechanicsEver #BestCustomerServiceEver

It's now after Thanksgiving and too cold to work outside. I already cleaned the tank, changed the fuel pump, put in new injectors and spark plugs and it still won't go. Integrity just opened up across the street and I approached them about taking a look at it. With some cleanup of my handiwork along with another set of plugs and an oil change they got it running again. It's still sputtering on the highway as the O2 sensors are shot, but it beats walking. I'll definitely be back for future auto repair needs.
