A great sale was going on, and I needed to get new bed pillows. The sale was too good of a deal to pass up. Just as i thought i had made the ultimate score. Realized the check out lines were a mile long. The houseware section is on the third floor. The extra, mile long check out line, turned out to be returns. No check outs on the entire third floor. Took the escalator done to the second floor, walked around, no check out lines on the second floor. Getting a bit frustrated, I just want to pay and leave. First floor has to be a charm. As we got off the escalator, there is one check out line, which was long. However they had three cashiers. Met a nice lady, had a cool chat about why we no longer like shopping in stores, and prefer online. This ordeal of having to hunt for a cashier was enough JC Penny to last me a lifetime.
