The saleswoman was very rude, and uninterested in helping me. She made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her . When I thanked her twice thinking she didn't hear me the first time, but completely ignored me. I replied that she is not very people friendly. I wouldn't waste my money in the store. And mind you, the girdles are expensive and I was willing to pay for the merchandise. If they had a zero for ratings, they would be rated below a zero. The other two sales lady would not say anything to apologize for her shortcomings. And the one that helped me had eyelashes that only Godzilla could wear. Not a representative for your business.

This store can't close, there's lots of "Plus Size" stores out there but this sell plus size clothing that is fun for young plus size women, I might not be "young" in years but in my heart I am and I love their style as long I know what I can pull off at my age. I just learn that shopping at Torrid online and sending the package to be picked up at the store is more economical than having it delivered at home, Torrid don't have a set shipping rate and I saved $32 in shipping which I spend in 2 items in the store that wasn't available online.
