I had these folks out in mid to late April 2014 because my recently purchased home had a blockage somewhere in the sewer line. They came out and cleared it for the agreed upon price of $160. There was no mention of a warranty period on the work. On May 20th, I again had a blockage and called them back three times. I gave my address on the phone message but they never called me back. It turns out the problem was tree roots blocking the line and I ended up paying Roto Rooter $1700 (reduced from $2000) to dig up and replace much of the line. I didn't mind so much the expense because it had to be done. But I didn't like the fact that Illini Septic and Sewer ignored my calls. They still haven't contacted me.
