It was not until the last 6 months that I really appreciated how convenient and helpful the store is. I started remodeling my office and found my self heading to Ace almost on a daily basis for one thing or another. Sometimes a small .50 items and other times a larger item like a snow blower. What ever I was searching for the staff has always been helpful. There was the one time I was attempting to direct connect my coffee maker to my kitchen water supply. After 4 visits the staff member suggested that I might want to take a picture of what I was trying to do and he would help me identify what I needed. I did what he suggested, took the picture, and the items he suggested and instructions he provided did the trick! This is a neighborhood store so they might not have all of the items of big box store. But there is something nice about being remembered by the staff...even if it is because I'm the guy who takes 2 or 3 times to get the items to complete a single task.

All of them are so friendly and helpful, they are always willing to assist or guide their customers. They have the best and great customer service for me. Their store is so huge, clean, and nice. They also have big parking lots and you can freely walk around and enjoy the ambiance of their location. Their location is so easy to go to, easy to find, you can go anytime like early morning, late, or even evening shopping. But I will recommend to go there early for you to avoid long lines and that time the place is not so crowded. When it comes to their products, you will be satisfied and will definitely shop there again. They have so lots of variety and selection, all of their items has a reasonable prices, and you can buy everything you need in such a fair prices. You will save a lot of money here compared to other Hardware around the City. They also have good deals and promos. It was my first visit to your restaurant though my wife has been here before with friends. Chad was our server. He pleasantly explained the drink and dining menus and took good care of us all evening. My bride had her favorite drink, The French Martini, and you guys nailed it for her! I was very happy with the 2025 Pils. Dinner was amazing, Skirt steak for her, brisket for me with Yukon potatoes following salads for both of us. The quality and taste of the food was great and makes us want to come back and sample other dishes. We received great service and a nice complimentary glass of champagne (with Ho-Ho's) to finish our celebration. At the end of the evening we received a big surprise when Chad came over with news that we had no bill to pay as my wife's daughter and her husband had secretly called to pay the tab! Gary at the service department is amazing and friendly. He really knows his stuff. He walked me through the process they didn't have my key fob on hand so he order the part and I came back a week later for him to cut the key and program everything. I had to buy a bunch of different lumber to fix my back deck and the person helping me could've been more friendly, offered me lots of tips after I asked and stacked up everything to get it out front. I also had a lot of little things to pick up in different departments, and I found someone who actually walked me through motor to the store to find what I needed. From a new cage to cover my dryer vent to changing out the hardware on one of my doors. I think the key if you're looking for good service it's just not show up when they're 50 million people there. So if you can get in there before work starts because they open at like 6 AM in the morning, or go after work you'll be doing yourself a huge favor.

They make it extremely difficult to return merchandise that's only slightly past the return date -- even when it's unused and in perfect condition. The staff and store managers seem to have no authority or flexibility to help customers in any way. It's frustrating that Home Depot is becoming so rigid and unwilling to work with loyal customers and contractors. Very poor policy decisions -- disappointing to see such a decline in customer service. Better service from local lumberyard and nearby home stores.
