Where it really started to miss was the overall approach. A lot of "the chef intends this..." type explanations. It ends up feeling like the food insists upon itself instead of just letting you enjoy it. That's the bigger issue. This place exists in a space where I don't think most people want to meet it. I also had a lot of little things to pick up in different departments, and I found someone who actually walked me through motor to the store to find what I needed. From a new cage to cover my dryer vent to changing out the hardware on one of my doors. I think the key if you're looking for good service it's just not show up when they're 50 million people there. So if you can get in there before work starts because they open at like 6 AM in the morning, or go after work you'll be doing yourself a huge favor.

Not one delivery date they provided was accurate--every promised date ended up being pushed more than 30 days past what I was told at purchase. When I attempted to cancel, they couldn't even manage that. First I was told the vendor hadn't acknowledged the order, so cancellation wasn't possible. After escalating through customer service, the store supervisor, and finally the store manager, suddenly the order was acknowledged--but now they 'needed to contact the vendor' before canceling. Meanwhile, the charge had already hit my credit card. To make matters worse, despite spending nearly $10,000, not a single item qualified for free shipping. Stores like Menards and Home Depot waive shipping on orders over $200 without hesitation. This place operates like wolves in sheepskin. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
