She assisted me each step of the way in finding not just one suit, but three! She helped with getting me assisted with alterations for all three suits for the perfect fit. I haven't had such great customer service shopping for suits, as I have a larger barrel chest and sizing has been a unique experience in the past. If you're a larger built male, I highly suggest coming here and working with Esperanza. The great service didn't stop there, she also assisted in helping me pair up with tailored shirts that fit better than any I've had in the past. She measured me there and worked to find shirts that better fit my contours and didn't leave excess sag in the back and stomach area of my shirts. Again, I'm the past I've been stuck buying shirts that aren't flattering with the extra material that comes down from the chest. This just goes to show the wide variety of products they offer, for people of all builds. Outside of the outstanding service, I have to highlight the prices, which are incredible! The suits were of nicer quality and color than what you'd find at a larger generic chain store, and the prices aren't even comparable. The suits are very inexpensive, which is a massive pro here. Why spend more money at a larger chain and get an inferior product? Here you get quality products and service at a fraction of the price elsewhere. It's truly a one stop shopping experience, as they handle all alterations in house. Lastly, the variety is superior to other stores as I've seen suit cuts that haven't been around since the early thirties. This includes the shoes and headwear. It's truly wonderful to see a store that pays homage and tribute to the old ways and offers these items to bring back the style. I took said voucher to two of the closest MW to me and neither one seemed to know how to redeem it. They both told me to do it online which ended up not working. I took it to this location and the wonderful staff here took the time to figure it out and order the suit I requested. When the suit was delivered, not only was it not a suit, it was the most hideous plaid sports coat that wasn't even my size. Needless to say, I went back and they were super apologetic. They once again had to call customer service and fix the problem. This time they had it delivered to the store first. My suit finally came and since I had no immediate need for a suit, they said I can come back anytime and have it altered. Though Men's Wearhouse as a whole has been dropping the ball alot lately, this particular location did their absolute best to make it right. As a bride, you expect a bridal boutique to pay attention to the details and to genuinely care when something goes wrong. That was not my experience. There's big signage, plenty of windows, and a drive-thru I walked in and the main attendant was helping someone in the drive-thru, but it took them no time before finishing with them and helping me. This individual was very efficient. He looked at my articles of clothing, repeated back the types and counts, put the in the back, and gave me a ticket and interactions that they would be ready by 5pm the next day. I returned to pick up my clothes and it was the same individual. He took my ticket, went to the back, and was back in minutes (or less). Again, he went over the articles with me. They were nicely pressed, in plastic, and looked sharp. I was astonished to find that for 2 suits (2 blazers and two pairs of pants) plus two other dress shirts the price was around $22. I'm no expert on dry cleaning value, but this feels like a steal I had a great experience here, and I will definitely be back with more items soon Some tips: I would take a picture of your ticket just in case you lose it or damage it. I bought me some perfume by dots, and an orange scarf. When the cashier was checking me out she asked me so many questions about my name, my address, and my email address. Next, I thought she was going to ask for my social security number. I'll probably come back to this Dots just to get their perfume made by this company.
