I didn't have to worry about replenishing the food because their team took care of it. I provided some platters and serving utensils because we have them, and they cleaned it all up. They packed up the left overs in my tupperware, and to-go tupperware for the guests. At the end of the night, my kitchen was clean. It was a huge relief to end the night with a clean kitchen. Also, I was amazed that we only had 1 trash bag at the end of the night, and I attribute it to having a set menu and no party tray food. Everything about the experience was 5 star!
