We were provided with our very own cheese-making kit ahead of the class (with immersion thermometer, cheesecloth and straining basket included) and super detailed instructions to replicate the recipe at home in just 10 minutes. Worth to note that the cheese culture packet that came with our kit was enough to culture an additional 3 quarts of milk beyond the one we prepped, too. Nicole was lovely - she answered all our questions, and gave us pro cheese seasoning/paring and gifting tips. Would highly recommend, especially for large-group/team bonding events. If you're looking for something different to do with your team whether for team building or a staff outing - you'll enjoy Chef Traci. It's a fun experience for both expert cooks and those who don't cook much. She always starts her class with making a blend of spices based on the menu we're cooking. It's our parting gift along with satisfied bellies! This time was a delicious taco bar with homemade tortillas that we prepared the dough for, pressed on a tortilla press and cooked on a comal. We marinated chicken thighs and tofu (for the vegetarians) which were grilled, sliced and delicious! The verde sauce we made was excellent. A fantastic time was had by all and I can't wait to do another class with her. She engages everyone, makes everyone comfortable and she's just a lot of fun. This place is way too cool…read more I took my girlfriend here recently and we had a TON of fun. The Kitchen on Fire that we went to is the one located on Shattuck. There was mainly just street parking all around. When we arrived, both us were already pumped. We signed in quickly and immediately gazed out into the Kitchen. There were multiple tables that had the ingredients already set up for us. We technically didn't have to bring anything because they had aprons and everything already there!! We of course HAD to bring wine though. It's always fun having some wine while you are cooking right? The whole experience was amazing. Our Chef(Kevin) gave us a brief history of the origins of the Paella and then after that, they treated us to a appetizer. Then finally it was time for the main course. The Chef and the assistants carefully walked us through every step of the way and at the end, we all ate our Paella's together. It was suppppper fun. I definitely can't wait to try another class and recommend this experience to anyone who wants to learn that special dish you love but always have been curious to learn how to make.

I debated to get a cake but told myself not to. The Haupia Ube pie alone was perfect. I was supposed to pick up pizzas for the little kids but I didn't have time. I was worried about what my kids would eat, but surprisingly, my picky 5 year old and 3 year old ate the food and Ioved it. I had so many things to worry about, but I did not have to worry about the food. I thought about adding more food, but I didn't and I didn't need to. I didn't have to worry about replenishing the food because their team took care of it. I provided some platters and serving utensils because we have them, and they cleaned it all up. They packed up the left overs in my tupperware, and to-go tupperware for the guests. At the end of the night, my kitchen was clean. It was a huge relief to end the night with a clean kitchen. Also, I was amazed that we only had 1 trash bag at the end of the night, and I attribute it to having a set menu and no party tray food. Everything about the experience was 5 star!
