The ambiance was okay as we could only sit outside at the marina. We were aware that service would be slow and not always polite. Our issue was too slow. Our server left home and never came back to offer anything else or close the check. I finally went inside and asked for our bill. I also left a tip for our server with his replacement, with the agreement he would make sure he got it. As I walked out, I heard him and a few others speaking in Italian and laughing. I doubt our tip got to our server. Overall not a good experience so we never went back for dinner.
