The chicken itself was well seasoned, the breading had a nice crunch, and the bread seemed to be a panini-type. The veggies weren't bad, but the star of the show was the chicken cutlet. My only complaint is that they'll be closed the day before Thanksgiving, so I won't be able to try another sandwich tomorrow. There were four employees present, but only two seemed to actually be working. John appeared to be leading things and taking orders, and there was someone cooking. One employee in a beanie seemed mostly idle, though I overheard something about deliveries, so I assume he may have been the delivery driver.
