I asked how that could be because I paid and preordered it 35 minutes prior and she said something about how the morning crew didn't make enough. Literally my whole motivation for going and buying 4 cookies was to try the Dubai chocolate. She did zero to accommodate their mistake. I'm a frequent customer and I'm so disappointed in this service. What is the point of having the app and pre-ordering and being a loyalty member? It's regular frosting. Nice stripes of frosting, so it's not too sweet or thick frosting. But there is a lot in the middle. As you can see in the picture below where I cut it in half. I didn't notice a strong taste of lemon. It's a little hidden. I do taste the raspberry which is wonderful. Very delicious cake. It's moist even though it's a day old now. Holds up nicely in the fridge. I would recommend leaving it out to come to room temperature. But store it in the fridge. As far as gluten free goes. You'd never know the difference. I had a regular carrot cake, and the lemon raspberry gluten free. And there is no weird after taste, cardboard flavor. Just a really well made cake.

Well, the store is pretty cool - they make handmade ice cream and cookies - cookies are from the normal size to very large ones, for special occasions. All ice cream is made onsite and they have a wide variety from cotton candy to vanilla. They also have a number of toppings that can be added to your ice cream too.
