Fun spot for kids to play, and parents too! 2 trampoline spaces for big kids and 3 foam pit jumps and a spot just for the Little kids. Socks and snacks available too. Our kids asked to come back right away and cried when we had to leave. Definitely a fun spot! Bonus- they clean frequently and sanitize

Oh boy were we wrong. This place blows everything we have similar to it out of the water. The facility was clean, huge, packed with trampolines, obstacle courses, foam pits, dodge ball, soccer, and more. It was awesome for me...oh ya, and the kids too. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful, and professional. They made sure the customers had fun but stayed safe. As a parent this is important to me. You must wear their socks so if you've been before bring them or if you go save them. If you don't have any, they're inexpensive...$2 I think. I highly recommend Gravity Factory for a party or a group of friends that want to hang out, have fun, and get some exercise while doing it. Respectfully, Michael

We also tried the rock climbing wall and trapeze bar. We were sweating by the end of it. It was a fun night and also a workout! For two people for one hour and one pair of their required grip socks it was about $33. Make sure to the keep the socks so you can reuse them. Also, they make you sign a waiver on the iPads when you visit for the first time.

Most unprofessional management I have ever experienced in my life. I would never ever recommend…read moreanyone come here. If you have any type of issue, just know the managers are too lazy to do their job and put it on the poor employees up front to deal with with problems that isn't even their job to start. There was constant miscommunication with every employee we interacted with and the manager was well aware of what was going on and refused to even help. What's the point of your job then? We made well aware we were not experts and were beginner snowboarders. Not a single employee made us aware that the beginner slopes were closed. We were never given any advice on what to do and where to go. We get to one of the lifts and when asking the employee if it was the expert slope, he said "it's not too bad." It wasn't until we got off the lift, when we realized it wasn't the case. A different (only helpful employee in this situation) immediately came to help. When explaining we were beginners, he shared that we never should've been sent up there. After explaining the situation, the people inside mentioned they were unaware that the beginner slopes were closed. Due to the miscommunication (on their part) and the fact that our safety was at risk, we rightfully asked for a refund. Mind you, we didn't even get to experience anything of what we paid for. We immediately went back down at the recommendation of the helpful employee on the slope. Management refused to speak with us and refused a refund. Also, all of a sudden once a refund was mentioned, they were ready to offer alternatives for beginners. First of all, where was this in the beginning? Second, by this time the way the situation was already being handled, we were over it and had zero interest in returning. While I don't fully fault all the employees that attempted to help with the options they were given, I put full blame on management. There needs to be cohesive communication across all employees to prevent situations like this. And as a former customer service facing manager, I am absolutely floored by the unprofessionalism from the manager on duty on February 2, 2026. She was well aware of everything but not once did she come out of her office to apologize or offer any kind of assistance. Absolutely ridiculous, insulting to our time, energy and money.

FUN! BRACE YOURSELF FOR SOME 'CAN WE GO AGAIN?' CHANTS No…read morematter what your age, you will have fun here. Just be prepared for the HUGE temptation of shelling out more dollars for more rides. EASY PROCESS ALL INCLUDED For about $15/person (with discounts the more rides you purchase) that also includes the chair lift ride to the top. The process buying the tickets was fairly simple although some of the staff look like completely bored teens being forced into labor. The line to get onto the Lift was fairly long--even with only 20 people ahead it still took almost 20 minutes until our turn. At the top the employee's instructions on making the cart faster/ensuring safety was easy to understand. Great for little kids. THE VIEW AND THE RIDE Being from Flat Florida and even coming from so many awesome views at nearby Yellowstone--the chair ride to the top was still breathtaking. Glances behind you provide great views of Jackson as well as the valley beyond. Of course it's also cool seeing the ground drop away from your feet with only a lap bar as your safety. We sat frozen though because the chair lift swayed with the gentle wind and strange creaking sounds made it sound like our cart would fall away any second. Although I understand the limitations, the 'advanced' slide (that doesn't mean you have to be experienced) could've easily become more 'thrilling' with the addition of sharper descents and a few uphill ascents. Oh well- it was definitely a fun ride either way especially with feeling the wind on your face and seeing the bushes whip by you. Awww the ride ended too early (again I understand the limitations haha) making you want to go again and again.

We loved the slide. You can go as fast or as slow as you want which makes it tons of fun for all…read moreages. The ski lift is older & my 7yr old was sure he was going to fall out but we enjoyed the view on the way up. Something fun to do on the mountain during the summer.
